My brother is terribly sorry for what he did in August. He is wondering if you can remove the strikes of his channel?
As of now I cannot, UA-cam was the one who decided to give out the aggressive strikes due to your brother uploading multiple videos that were 100% my own videos. I simply just reported that the content was stolen and UA-cam decided the outcome. I'm sorry that I can't do much about the situation.
