Anyone else ever listen to these, try concentrate but switch off and either fall asleep or just go off into their own little world? Then you return when it's over not knowing exactly why but feeling much calmer.
It happens to me, but only if my body is able to completely relax into a sleep-able position, such as lying down. I don't feel the same benefits as when seated without a back-rest or standing. I haven't verified this so im just guessing but i think it might be that our brains slip into theta, and if our bodies are too relaxed, we slip into more of a dreamless sleep than a meditative state. Still refreshing but i figure in my case that I'm just being lazy lol trying to get the benefits without the work by programming the subconscious. Im often tired so i usually lay down and ny meditations become naps

Hi Marisa..I was left by a guy with whom I had some of the best moments of my life..and now I have this mindset that I won't ever find a guy who would love me...as he did...or would love me more than him.
I have problems figuring out if I want to take a new job offer because I would have to commute double the time than I do now. But the job would be a promotion to a higher position. How do I now if this is the right job for me?
Its funny listening to this being disabled, the part where it's said my legs can take me anywhere made me pause. Lol A can think of a couple people that'd rather be in my shoes.. maybe someone with cp or polio.. I appreciate my body ❤
I felt discomfort thinking about my body's organs.. sometimes I feel very disconnected with myself and reality, to the point I feel anxious continuously forhours. I wonder if these things are connected
One thing thats worked for me is affirmations, I feel loved, wanted, and accepted; safe, secure, and protected. (and i knew it was true because i was choosing to love and accept myself, and that in this present moment, it was true that i was completely safe. I also chose to recognize that i dont have a body when i sleep and dreams, yet i still exist as consciousness. I repeated it for 5 minutes a day, and any time i felt i needed to. Make your own or adjust as necessary. Everyone is different but i can vouch for its effectiveness on myself.

Yea I dont think it makes a difference as our subconscious mind here's it even if we are asleep so the message gets through either way
