Much like Louise, I was a traumatized, sexually and physically abused little girl who was mercilessly assaulted daily by my Mom and brother. I used to take solace and comfort in watching Mr. Rogers, he, much like Louise, had this gift of a comforting voice that soothed my soul and my inner and outer wounds. I used to drink alcohol and stay inside and wouldn’t come out of the house, things have changed in the last couple years. I’ve cleaned up the clutter and junk. Started minimizing all the unnecessary things by incorporating more healthy practices, morning meditations/affirmations,yoga,water, breathing,grounding, walking,running,reading. All of these things have helped me align with what I want and release everything else that wasn’t helping me grow.❤❤❤❤

I am 54 years old and most of my life I have been sad and depressed
medications dont help
as my child hood was kinda of rough " orders" from strong people always repel me
louise's gentle way relates to the part of me that that has been suppressed for a long long time
her teachings are a positive step to a to true happiness
through true happiness we have true strength to deal with all of life
ive always believed that there should be power in goodness and now I know how to do it !!!
letting go of ALL the negatives is most important
there is no quick fix
thiis is the pathway and life style to a happy life in which the possibilities are limitless !!!!!

Chic Weber it is o.k. to stand up for yourself now you have more power than when you were a child. You can do this gradually. Keep listening to these sort of meditations too. I find them very comforting.

I fled a dangerous situation across water to another place with my children and worked hard despite having a new diagnoses of a rare incurable disease. Thirty years later and another turn of the wheel words from Louise came again and comforted me. Thank you - thank you - thank you

I have never been so moved. I cried like a 48 year old baby when you said "I love You" I believe that as much as the entire message even thought you dont know me. I never did meditation before. I pray in the best way I can but I listened to this morning devotion and I know that you delivered a life saving and changing message to me. This is just a great way to start the day. When she said "I love you" i started to break down because its been so long since i heard those words. Ive heard it in many other meditations and felt nothing but this time i felt it...authenticity. She meant that, and i bless her for it and the inspiration she is giving others through her experience of life. Love and light to you all.

I used to drink alcohol and stay inside and wouldn’t come out of the house, things have changed in the last couple years. I’ve cleaned up the clutter and junk. Started minimizing all the unnecessary things by incorporating more healthy practices, morning meditations/affirmations,yoga,water,
breathing,grounding,
walking,running,reading. All of these things have helped me align with what I want and release everything else that wasn’t helping me grow.❤❤❤❤
I Love it too when Louise says "this is Louise Hay saying thank-you and I Love you " I have always, automatically, turned to my phone and said " Thank-you Louise I love you too". it's strange how I found myself doing it x. But today I just want to say "this is Su saying ...Thank-you and I Love you". x

Thank you wonderful strong soul Louise Hay. Words can't express my gratitude for your touch shining light in this world of mine even though you have left us behind. When the Base of what you teach is forgiveness... I knew this can only be good.
