Marisa, I am 61, an amazingly young looking 61! All my life, I have suffered from low self esteem! I have tried everything but it seems to work for a while and then the old me kicks back in and before I know I am in a place iam all too familiar with...it just needs a small challenge, a bad word, a negative thought and am back to poor old me...Unbelievable but true. What I really got from this video is not only the love that you are giving, but the fact that repetition is the key. Once is not enough, because the old programming is so deeply entrenched that it just bounces back in place, given half a chance. I AM NOW COMMITED TO REPEATING THESE WORDS UNTIL MY MIND START REPEATING BACK TO ME...I am going to do that when I am working, walking, talking. All this can be happening inside and nobody needs to know....i just need to smile. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU. I will continue to listen to you everyday for next 21days and see what happens. I SAID TO MYSELF, even though I am 61 and have spent all my life not appreciating who I am, because of early childhoood experience that left me fearful of life, people and situations, I WILL turn this round, EVEN IF TODAY IS MY LAST DAY ON THIS PLANET, I am going to LOVE MYSELF AND KNOW THAT I AM WORTHY OF LOVE! Thank you, thank you and thank you again! The Universe lead me to listen to you this time!

John Lennon was right, ‘All You Need is Love’. All the angry people in this world are hurting inside. If they could only tune into your meditations, perhaps we would see a change. So I did the meditation last night and someone told me today "You are lovable." I paused and thought....wow, it worked and I agreed with it! Thank God for you Marisa. I'm on the right track. God bless you!
When she said you are not your childhood, your bank account, your job description,etc and you are lovable regardless of that, that really resonated with me
I am lovable, I am deeply, profoundly and inconditionally loved, I am loved, I am cherished, I am respected, I am valued, I am honored, I am loved, so loved.. I AM WORTHY OF LOVE, I accept love, I receive love, I give love, I am so loved, adored, cherished, admired.. I am valuable, I am deserving, I am so so loved..I trust it, I accept it, I count on it, I am loved, I love myself, I receive and give healthy joyous warm honest and passionate love.. I am adored, cherished, respected, valued, seen, heard, supported and I give it back.. he is understanding, communicative, honest, trustful, faithful, respectful, passionate, healthy in body/mind and spirit, he loves himself and accept himself and he accepts me, the whole me and treats me like his queen, and he is my king..❤

I cried like crazy listening to this, tears flowed like a river. We’re all so hurt; so love-starved. I suppose there’s no substitute for lack of love in childhood... We just have to live with this and give ourselves all the love possible (and be careful what kind of people we let in our lives so we won’t get hurt even more).
