All aluminium Yamaha developed engine, only 1.6 and 1.25 in Ka model are the Yamaha ones,since my Focus weighs 1060 kilograms and has 101 horses it's actually nice, it can do almost 100 mp/h in third gear, never overheats and so on , my is a five door,year 2000 finished in citrus gold metallic,it's still nice looking car..
Bought a 2003 Focus MK1 with this exact engine as my first card and boy is that thing eager, super fun to drive, if you want a cheap, reliable and nice looking car there's no need to look further than this
The Ford focus 1.6 zetec is 100 bhp, very usable, and very reliable so long as the change oil regularly. Better ride than vw golf and much better on longer journeys. Very good mpg on motorway. It’s a gem and so easy to maintain

Wydaje mi się że Astra jest bardziej trwała od focusa, jest prostsza i tańsza w naprawach, ogólnie w utrzymaniu, silniki dobre do LPG w przeciwieństwie do focusa

My dad has this car! It was his FIRST car and lasted for OVER 20 YEARS. This car is so reliable and good handling 1 of the best cars in the world.
In 1998 this was the best hatchback you could buy, miles ahead of the competition, especially in 1.6 or 1.8 form.

I owned a 2000 .1.8, 16v, 116hp Focus mk1 Zetec . That car was surprisingly fast!
This was the same car and same colour, that my Dad had when I was growing up. A lot of memories in this machine ❤️
