Tajimaya is a super affordable Japanese chain restaurant in Hong Kong. It specialises in all you can eat Japanese shabu shabu (hotpot). They offer normal beef, Wagyu beef and pork only options with your own hotpot. After you have chosen your soup base, they will bring you your own pot. They have Dashi base, Soy sauce base, Chinese Herb base, Chicken with Collagen base and Tomato base. Then you are given a small tray which you can use to get toppings yourself. They have a range of vegetables, fishcakes and noodles. They have ramen and udon noodles. You can order unlimited beef and pork as you like! Also, get unlimited tea, coffee, super cute Korean or Japanese soft drinks and ice cream! The service was amazing, all the staff were so attentive and polite. I loved my experience there.
