Alex Strikes again with chocolatey goodness!
My 9 year old loves making food, especially chocolate!
This time he took his chocolate recipe - mashed bananas and cacao - and we put it into silicone molds and froze it.
The result? Bite-sized chocolate morsels that are delicious and ON PLAN for healing!
You can eat ALL the chocolate guilt-free!
I saw him at work in the kitchen and I turned on the camera and he took over from there!

I just made this.
I used 1 quite ripe banana (as thats allI had) and a heaped tablespoon of quality cacao in a mini food processor.
It was so delicious i didnt bother putting in moulds. I just poured in a fancy glass and ate it.

I have lost my brother, then years later my father. Both was tragic for me. People tried to say that's life, please don't cry etc. No matter what they said I still cried becase of a pain and love I have had in my heart. When my father died I cried every day, few times per day for two months. One month after my father died, he came to me (his spirit) and he said "please don't cry becase it hurt me so much when I see you like that and your suffering stops me from walking away and I would like to walk away". So I said to him "please don't walk away yet! I will come back home to say good bye to you properly" I flew back home. It took me one more month to understand and accept the fact. Then I finally said good bye. Every year around the date he died I am a bit "sensitive". The first 5- 6 years was the worst. Now, 10 years later is okay but he is still in my heart and thoughts ♥️ From my experience Time is the best medicine. I love you Dr Brooke Goldner and your family becase you are such an amazing family and you have helped me so much and you helping thousands of people every day. I know you will never give up on helping people, it is in your blood ❤️ I am sending you love, hugs and kisses every day in my thoughts
