Hello from Germany! I just stumbled across your wonderful channel! I'm definitely going to make this sweater! And I must say, your stitching is just impeccable!
Oh wow, all the way in Germany! That’s so amazing! I’m so happy you love the sweater, and I hope you share it when you’re finished. I love seeing people’s work!
Hi Kelly, as usual, I'm ALWAYS the last to know anything that is worth knowing 😂 like You and your wonderful channel 😊 while browsing on UA-cam, as I always do, your channel popped up and I was instantly impressed by your work and the fact that I had been looking for SOMEONE WHO FOCUSES ON MEN GARMENTS and like you said " attractively made " without all of the bulkyness, and to my surprise, here you are 😊 I briefly checked out your site and I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED, so I SUBSCRIBED to your Channel Thank you so much for wanting to share your STYLE AND TASTE, cause Lord knows it was DEFINITELY NEEDED😂 not saying the others weren't good, but, everyone is different and I just wasn't quite satisfied with what I was seeing until I saw you😊 so I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! Ms.Claudia p.s. I'm probably your oldest Fan😂
You have no idea how your words have impacted me! That’s exactly what I’ve been trying to do, and it’s been slow work, but I’m glad it’s worth it if I can add more stylish men’s clothing into the crochet pattern world. Thank you for being my oldest fan, and I hope I can continue providing what you’ve been looking for. 🥰
Happy to try to help! Are you talking about when you work into the side of the neck ribbing? Or are you talking about when you work increases in the yoke?
I'm unfamiliar with the yarn as I haven't used it, but after reviewing the yardage and fiber content, I think it would work just fine (it's slightly thinner at ~493 yds/100g while the yarn I used was 438 yds/100g). You may need to go up to a 3mm or 3.25mm to get the stitches big enough, but you also don't want them to be too open and loose. If you do a gauge swatch, and it's not quite working, you can always try a different yarn or (if you're confident with math) adjust the stitch and row counts in the pattern to proportionally match your gauge. Also, I apologize for the late reply! I don't get notifications when somebody comments, so I just see them when I log in to upload a new video. I need to be better with checking!

Hello sir! I am confused about one thing. I want to know how many stiches to be put across the half double chrochet stitch? Is it one or 2 stitches?

Do you think Scheepjes Whirl is good for this or too fine?❤
