Thank you so much for acknowledging community / relational safety. The majority of TMS success stories involve people with partners and other family, often with praise for how supportive their families were. We need more resources for the cohort of folks who may live alone, single, no kids, little/no close family, etc. where the isolation itself fuels the danger signal.

Yes, My therapist is my only support team and I'm sure it is taking me much longer to recover because I don't have that family or community help. It's hard to keep motivation and perspective on symptoms. Isolation in itself is indeed a source of fear or danger as well as the many associated emotions like sadness, loneliness which need to be acknowledged and worked through. Self compassion work is key.

Yes, me too... lots family/ friends but they quietly step back from grief (they don't know what to say). So I have Jesus and professional listeners. Adrenalin wide open 24/7, nausea, tremmors. Doctors Rx benzodiazepines for 5 years. Black box warning states 2-4 weeks max. Drs ignore bc I'm a cash cow, monthly Rx . But I tapered off benzo's Nov 2023. Result: Neurological damage . Little to no sleep. The word "dizziness " doesn't do it justice. Relentless physiological tornado. "Brain fog" does not do it justice. Cognition fragmented, speech jerky, short and long term memory damaged. Ears are not "ringing," they're screaching. But Jesus gave me a knowing that this will all pass if I just hang in there and He will walk through it with me. And I'll be stronger for going through the fire. I am blessed to be led to this channel. 💞

So important. This is one of the main goals of the coaching group, and of this channel in general. But nothing can replace in-person, true community. I hope you have people in your life who can be there for you.

I love the "feeling the good and feeling safe while also acknowledging and feeling the uncomfortable".

Outstanding session! I can not thank you enough for your ongoing support and guidance for those of us that are struggling with chronic dizziness. I end up in tears in every session as I am grateful someone understands what this is and is providing tools and resources to help. I am contacting Kristin to join her 4 week program. I am in need of coaching and this session spoke to me. Thank you!!

Both are Amazing women. Kristin responded to my email questions with great detail. Yonit always responds as well… this isn’t so easy to do with so many people coming at you with questions, I’m self employed so I know overwhelming it can be. Thank you.

Are there any resources for finding a therapist that uses some of these methods and/or has experience in dealing with neural circuit dizziness? I’m in the California Bay Area. Thank you for all you are doing in this space.

Hi Clarice, Kristin is actually licensed in CA so you may want to give her a shout! Her website is in the video description. She can work by telehealth.
