Just meet Lenny a couple days ago at the store. He was really nice, came out from the back of the store to do a personal meet and greet, which made this gun enthusiast happy. Sam from the far northwest side of Chicago Thanks Lenny 👍👍
I bought two GS +5 extensions for my G34 gen 5 mos, the fit and finish is outstanding and the weight balance is absolutely perfect! I will definitely be buying more, thank you Lenny
@@sleazykilla360 Exactly! 49.95 for a plus 5 extension makes no sense! They could've bought a Glock OEM 24 round magazine for $35... 2 extra rounds, cheaper, and OEM reliability. This plus 5 extension is a ripoff, especially for 49.95
I wish I would have seen this video earlier. Your instruction on how to use a knife when cutting off the tabs was excellent. I had a small accident when cutting off my tabs last week. I accidentally slipped and ended up cutting off my trigger finger. After I heal up I will be learning to shoot with my left hand. Thanks for the great products Mr Lenny
@-@backdraft216; Damn that sucks, not being a smartass or anything like that but wouldn't it be easier/better too use your middle finger for your trigger finger instead of going left handed.? The 2 Glocks that really need an upgrade like this are the G43x & 48... Even an extra 2 rounds would be awesome! The Shields Mag Gen 3 still kind of have somewhat of issues when feeding, you guys can get something special going if you guys aim at the 43x & 48.
I don't have a Glock yet but I do have a Canik. I know come after me since I am leaving a comment on the GlockStore youtube channel but, one of these days when I do get a Glock, I am definitely going to Nashville just to go to the store.
@@Clankillas You must be new to the Glock platform... The stock magazine on a G26 is 10 rounds. If you want 5 extra rounds, you can simply buy a G19 magazine that holds 15 rounds. (The G26 will accept all double stack 9mm Glock magazines.)
I used to use a pair of vice grips to squeeze the sides of the mag in enough for the tabs to clear then pop the baseplate off with a punch through the hole. But I recently picked up some Glock +2 kits from Lenny and an MDT. Much, MUCH easier than the vice grip and punch method.
Hey Lenny! Always enjoy your videos. Have for many years. I'm curious---which Spyderco knife did you use in this video? I love my Spyderco knives. Just wondered which one you're using here. Thanks!
Why? You can buy an OEM Glock 24 round magazine for cheaper. The extension in the video holds less rounds and is more expensive. This product is pointless.
Does the gold look like the one in the video for 9mm? This looks more like a Cerakote gold & the websites Gold looks alot more orange? Liking the one in the video alot more to match my TiN barrel
Hi Lenny, my Gen 2 G19 mag did not fir my Gen 4 G19. The mag release button for some reason was different and would not hold the mag. As a matter of fact, the mag would not even allow a round to be loaded
The older mags don’t have the cutout for the mag release if it’s setup for a lefty mag release, newer mags have the cutout for the mag release on both sides
Idk what I’m doing wrong but I bought the same product but I can’t get the follower on the spring and when I put the spring in the mag it rubs the sides of the mag it’s like they stuck a to big of spring in the package
$50 bucks is really steep. Canik only wants $55 for TTI Combat magazines that come with 21 capacity, and those are space-grade Taran Tactical mags. I just bought two because two or more = free shipping.
$50 ?!?! Glock sells OEM 24 round magazines for less money and it holds more ammo than the extension in the video. This video and product are pointless.
No. They will work on 9mm, .40, and .357 Sig. 10mm and .45 are a different sized magazine. There are other companies that make them in those calibers. SLR Rifleworks and Pearce, just to name a couple.
I added a plus 3 GS extension to my glock 48. Had to use the shield 15 rpund mags. These mags ran great before installing the extension. Now they won't run well at all. Video incoming.
Gen 5 mags are single stocked , so how can gen3/4 mags fit ? When they are doubled stocked. I tried to put a gen 3 9mm mag into my g43x and it does not fit !!
@matthewbim10 yup... and only get 22 rounds in your g17 mag with the extension... pay 49.95 for the extension... and the slide of your glock doesn't stay open on the last round (many people reporting)... GS and Lenny will be happy to sell you this trash for people that are willing to throw away their money on an extension that "looks cool" and for those glock owners, I guess that's all that matters. Be tacticool😀
Glock has a 9mm OEM magazine that holds 24 rounds. There's no point of buying an aftermarket plus 5 extension because you'll only get 22 rounds. I dont understand why anyone would buy this.
@Isaiah013 It actually makes ZERO sense. This part costs 49.95 on the GS website. Add the cost of a G17 magazine (24.96).... so you'll effectively have a $75 magazine that holds 22 rounds. Glock offers an OEM 24 round 9mm magazine, that can be frequently found on sale for around $35. I can buy 2 OEM magazines that hold more rounds than your 1 mag with a plus 5 extension for less money. It literally makes no sense but waste your money if you want. I'm sure Lenny and the GS would love to take your money.
I replace all my black followers with the Orange followers. It really lights up the open chamber when checking for a round. 9mm only. Order Glock store # 6307. Glock part no 05233. Just 4.99

Most people would classify that as more than a small accident. What is a large one for you, the end of the world?
I call bs, why would you be cutting with your left hand and cut your right trigger finger off? I hope youre joking atleast, but sounds made up.
Glad you moved outa Comifornia, now I’ll support your awesome store.

You guys should make a 15 round mag for the Glock 43x original from the Glock store

I have these installed on my duty mags and my comp mags. It says it's +5 for 9mm but I get +6 comfortably with no issue(s).

Only Glock
Honestly, you had right up until you removed those two tabs permanently. Which means you can no longer use the OEM baseplate. Right?
Any issues with these not locking back with last round on the new gen 5 glocks
Is there any for glock 30 gen 5 ?
Do they work/fit with a magwell?
He demonstrated after the end that they fit their competition and EDC magwells- he said he forgot to mention it in the video.

Yes.
That screw sticking out is driving me crazy. A shorter screw should be considered
You just broke your own "no ammo in the room" rule Lenny. :)
Lol almost, good try though, I had the same thought. He isn’t working on the gun. The rule is never a firearm and ammo at the same time.

when are you guys making them for the 43x? unless you already have them
Add 5 to mag? We call that "California Defiant".

You goddamn right 😂

Why do you think he left
Why add 5 more rounds if you can't hit the target in the 1st 2 rounds then give up
I’m still trying to figure out why I could only get two extra rounds of .40 in a Gen 4 15rnd magazine for a G22.
The springs are super stiff brand new. You either gotta be really strong or use a mag loader.
Very cool
$50 to add 5 more rounds is insane xD good luck with those.Ill just get the SA 15 rounders at that point
I looked on the glock store for this for my 19x but I don't see it?? Glock store say let me find out it's not for the 19x
Am I to understand a 10 round magazine and a 15 round magazine both have the same mag spring?
If you are referring to restricted state-compliant 10rd mag, then no. Those magazine springs are thinner.

Can u add it on a 10 round magazine or u can’t

Will magazines with this mag extention still fit the mag box in USPSA competition?
The 33 round big stick is the same price as the 5 round extension. I don't see the value in the 5 round extensions.
Exactly 💯... also glock now sells a 24 rounder. The extension in this video is pointless.
I have a plus 5 on my g17 mag the magazine runs fine but my follower no longer catches the slide lock does anyone else have this problem
