Nice design. I'd opt for a spiral staircase. Put it where the table is. Turn the downstairs bedroom into the dining room. Add an additional window in both the living room and new dining room area.
This is a very cute house. I would like to see a covered porch. I am impressed there is a bathtub. The loft is fabulous. Thanks for sharing.
Missing refrigerator. Need railing on stairs. Nice design but ladder impractical for most . Could be used for storage instead of reading nook.
