Just moved here, and stumbled upon your video hoping to see if my knees can handle it. I’m going to try! Your brace looks like what I need, with the hinged flexion and all, did you purchase it “over the counter” or did it have to come from a doc? I’m excited to watch more pf your videos. (And I might be weird, but I like seeing the walk down also.)😊
Thanks for the videos, cousin! Enjoy seeing Alaska from my flat couch in mildly bumpy Masaachusetts. I prefer the 7th generation laundry detergent, not too fragrancy. Yeah, downhill video not necessary, kinda boring. I need to join you out there some summer, enjoy the remainder of yours!
Totally with you on the indoor cat to outdoor cat transition. I've lost about 35 pounds and I have about 25 to go, and that last 25 is being super freaking stubborn, but that's 25 pounds of unnecessary stress on my joints and back while I'm snowboarding that can lead to injuries that I don't need, so it's gotta go!
@@Jason-Eson Mainly diet. Cut out soda, juice, anything that was a processed carbohydrate (sugar). Also tried to cut out processed foods, and all fast foods. I found it easiest to go whole food, plant based since it required me to really think about food differently and think about what I ate rather than just grab what I was used to. Mountain Biking and back country also helped :P
@@Jason-Eson Oh, and it didn't take very long at first, just a couple months, the weight just melted off, but it kinda has been bouncing around since as I get a bit lazy with the diet or exercise from time to time.
We've had a pretty cloudy and cold summer so far. Snow is holding on where the sun don't shine, but pretty surprising how fast it goes if you get a hot day.
Favorite laundry detergent: Tide 😆

How did you lose the first 35? How long did it take?

"Snow melts fast around here." Yeah I guess with those super long days the snow doesn't stand a chance against all that solar radiation.

lookin good , walk on !
Walk walk walk
How about distance and elevation for the next one instead of the walk back down?
That requires planning, which is not my strong point. But I will try.
