May 18, 2019, Tel Aviv : Madonna performed on the Eurovision final in front of 182 million viewers, and was instantly panned for her out-of-tune vocals on her hit "Like a Prayer", sung off-key throughout the performance due to a malfunction of the live tuning of her voice, and not having enough feedback to hear herself sing. To make matters worse, the video of her performance was posted on her official YT channel the next day, with her vocals significantly altered by an autotune job so awfully executed, it got unanimously mocked, and only emphasized the bad buzz surrounding this otherwise great performance.
This new 2021 remastered version aims at restoring Madonna's Eurovision live set as it could have been enjoyed.
With this in mind, Madonna's pitchy vocals on Like a Prayer have been isolated, completely erased, and replaced with those from her great performance of the same song at the MET Gala the year prior.
The music, ambiance and effects remain those from Eurovision. Only Madonna's mic feed has been replaced.
The whole audio track has been remastered, and the sound effects on the "Dark Ballet" intermezzo have been enhanced.
The raw video from the satellite feed has been enhanced, color corrected and mastered to 4K.
A new introduction has also been created.
The censored footage (due to the unexpected showing of the Palestinian and Israeli flags on the back of two of Madonna's dancers) has been reinserted using footage shot by audience member and UA-cam user YuriSR (thank you for your footage).
Madonna's Eurovision set can now be viewed and heard uncensored and in the best quality possible, fully "fixed", with Madonna's real voice.
No vocoder, no ridiculous autotune, and no censorship.

It was such a shame cuz obviously the autotune was set to the wrong key, but people thought it was her real voice since she is not best known for singing 😭😭 good job!
I watched it live and felt bad for her.
To this day i didn’t know what has happend. Lack of vocal preparation? Bad stage sound? Was she tiered?
Probably, she hadnt exercised for a while... yes, it was weird and painful to watch

@@ciprianungureanu5471, she wanted to perform songs from Madame X recently released album in order to promote it, but Eurovision's policies didn't allow her to do so because of the political content of the lyrics. So she had to improvise a Like a Prayer performance without the decent preparation it requires.
