Thanks for your comment! Our view has always been to get families interested in this lifestyle for the long haul. There is a lot of vegan lifestyle fantasy that goes on on social media and we've never cared to portray that. Instead, we wanted to show that you can ease your way into things, especially with a family. Parents get easily excited about this lifestyle but sometimes kids feel like their wants are ignored. The more you listen to what your kids want and incorporate it into your lifestyle early on, the more they are likely to trust your game plan and get on board with other concepts (like alkaline veganism) later down the line. This is great advice. That is how I started. Meal per meal. My husband and daughter are not vegan but they eat vegan 3 times a week because I cook most of the time😁. I must say that you have a wonderfull son. You go little man!!!

Oooh great tips!! I'm sure if I had followed these phases the first time around I would've stuck to it but my second go I'm going to follow your suggestions b/c I just got burnt out and wasn't eating the "healthiest" vegan options and ended up gaining weight and getting sick but it's okay its a learning experience :)
