My lord these plants are life goals. Beautiful, beautiful jungle my sir. I feel at home even behind my tiny screen. Thank you for the push to keep on going within my own garden. I can't wait to see what they produce
Looking great. Lovely greenhouse and setting. I like the wide shots that show all the benches as I'm also interested in how greenhouses are set up. I love the simple ventricosas even if they are common. I have a K. It's made a deformed flower for me.
Oh lord I am so ready for this video. When I started this hobby/lifestyle... I used to just rewatch your original greenhouse tour and try to learn all the different names as you walked around, and wish to own just some of them, Thankyou for posting these videos
Mason & Lexi O'Neill ahh there’s nothing like that original Brooklyn gh vid! Trying to top it! It’s always fun trying to ramble Latin. I love watching people try for the first time! Lol You’re welcome and thanks for watching!💚
First of all, I would like to say that I have NEVER seen anything that can compare to your Nepenthes!! Not only are the plants breath-taking but your whole greenhouse set up is frankly beautiful without question. I fail in love with these plants only recently when I first saw them. I purchased one and hopefully it will survive-I am watching my plant as if it is a new born baby! I am new at trying to take care of a Nepenthes so my question is how can you tell if it is a female or male plant? You REALLY KNOW what you are doing so I thought it is best to ask an expert.. Thanks for your response.
Barbara Faith Thanks so much Barbara! It takes extra effort to keep the greenhouse this way, but well worth it! Unless the plant is a tc clone/rooted cutting and the sex known, the plants have to flower to identify the gender. That’s the fun part:) Thanks Dom
This is my first time here and I’m just mesmerized 😮😮 What a luscious environment you’ve created for these truly unique plants . I’ve only just started growing orchids and my first Tillandsia cyanea , and now I’m so intrigued with this group of plants ...oh god!
I'm really loving it, especially how the plants are presented on lush live moss and with loads of companion plants to turn the greenhouse into a proper jungle! I'd love to see some more how to's, some "behind the scenes" of the tech that you have in the greenhouses and also, what's the name of the white moss you have? Does it have a purpose beyond being pretty?
Hey Felix! Glad you love it!:) I struggle with keeping things separate:) I love the real jungle look. More vids to come! The white moss is reindeer lychen or Cladonia rangiferina. Not sure how well It’s doing but it doesn’t seem to be dead. It is just for looks! Lol Thanks, Dom
Hey Dom, lovely video! Just out of curiosity, any chance you think that mollis could actually be the newly separated species fractiflexa (describe; by Alastair Robinson)? I just notice that the colour pattern is so distinct from most mollis in cultivation!
Hi! I was thinking about buying a nepenthes (I'm a beginner). I found a glabrata x Aristolochoides that's just beautiful and should stay relatively small (so I've heard). I think it's supposed to be pretty easy but I couldn't find much info. What do you think of this for a beginner plant?
Queen you are so freakin AMAZING! I am a fellow plant queer and I just revel in all your ultrafaerie nerdiness! The reverence with which you speak about these incredible plant beings is so uplifting in these tough times.
Which kind of nepenthes stays relative small? I mean the whole plant. I have an alata and it is 2 meter long. I cannot find I place to put it in my apartment in winter (temperatures very low)

rrRREEE master Hello! That should be a great plant and stay smaller in stature. Thanks
Given the Nepenthes require little from their roots, do you have thoughts on the addition of Mycorrhizal Fungi?
Great video. Thankyou!
How do you water all of these beauties!? Irrigation system? 🌱💚
Esteban Martinez I water by hand:) I know... it’s a lot 😋

Hey,
Most Nepenthes grow large or vine. N. Campanulata stays pretty small but would probably require a tank or a setup to keep it happy.
Thanks!
@@redleafexotics4722 thanks you are awesome! I subscribed!
