Love the Cthulhu reference 🐙 Fantastic video as I may try an intermediate grow tent next year. I'll have plenty of question to ask you in you don't mind 😅
Thanks for sharing it out, helps alot But im looking for a small size one to put on my desk, it would be better if its colourfull and ez to care of, do you have any recommendation?
Thank you! During the summer when I'm using an AC, my temps are 80⁰ days, 64⁰ nights, so on the cool side of intermediate. During the winter though it gets to more highland temps around 70/75⁰ days and 50/55⁰ nights.
I really want to switch from sphagnum/perlite to coconut chips! Do you have any insight into that? I see you've got some moss pots and some chips pots. What makes you choose one or the other? Or anyone with insight reading this comment, please chime in! Everything is looking really good!
I'm in the process of switching from sphagnum to coco chips. I very recently potted 5 or 6 plants in 100% coco to see how it works in terms of wicking water and stuff. There are a couple plants that came potted in coco mixes (seemingly with sphagnum and perlite) and those have been doing well. So, coco in general works great, I'm mainly just testing out using *only* coco chips. It's still a little too early to tell one way or the other.
@@pings_n_things I've put some plants in *pure* coco husk chips and they all seem to be doing really well! I have to water them about every other day though, I don't think they wick moisture well enough from a soggy surface. I use rockwool in place of your felt setup. If they still look happy in a month or two I think I'll do it with all my neps.
My God that is a gorgeous collection. I'm new to the hobby and just ordered my humifyers and sensors. Definitely going to be copying your tents.

New to the channel awesome collection have you ever got any specimen for Florae? Edit lol sorry didn’t see so far in the video 😅
Absolutely incredible collection!👍
Hi! What are your day temperature and night for this intermediate conditions?
Is the curling on the first plant you show is caused by mites? I have one that is sending curly leaves too. I thought it just grew that way!
It is most likely mites that's causing the curling on my plant. However, thrips can also cause misshapen leaves
Hi, Please! could you share us the name Of yours trees? Lovely colection, those are some good looking plants.
The three I have are javanicum, macgregoriae, and aurigeranum
Gorgeous specimens! Would love to see a ping update
Your Veitchii shelf is incredible! What intermediate conditions is your tent at? I thought Jamban needed highland temps.
Thank you!

@@pings_n_things cool thank you! I'm wanting to try just coco chips as well. I'd rather be watering more often than worrying about root or stem rot.

How do you cool your tent in summer? Im quite worried about mine being too warm
I would use a fan
@@All_pitcherplants fans don’t cool a grow tent very effectively
I use an air conditioner
@@pings_n_things i might have to buy one for the summer then
