As someone with a titch of OCD, it felt like Michael was reading my mind about good brush technique. Without speaking to it, he also demonstrated how not to push down on the brush so hard that virtually the entire bristle length drags on the surface. The bristle tips are designed to do the work of applying a smooth finish(each one is tapered at the end). The fact that Osmo absorbs into the wood does make it more forgiving than paint and varnish however. Great work by one and all!

Hi Michael. You might consider adding a light for the pedals. Either one in the middle, or more commonly, one on either end. It can get rather murky when you look down. A little tip on playing the pedals. Learn the pedal part first. When you know the part for the hands. play the LH part alone, then play LH and pedals. When you get that down, add the RH. part. Don't be surprised if it takes several tries to get it working. Bonne chance!

OH!!! The organ sounds beautiful!!!!!!!! We've been waiting so long to hear this beautiful instrument!
I'm smiling from ear to ear
It’s crazy to see how far the convent has come. I subbed when you guys first came into possession of the property, the kitchen is absolutely stunning! The organ is incredible, there isn’t much in this world that I personally wouldn’t attempt and this organ is definitely top 5 just due to the overwhelming amount of pieces. Really looking forward to what the future holds with the convent so thank you for the great content, and as you Brits say, “cheers mate”.
Even though Billy is Captain Osmo himself, I've wondered about his technique as well. I often find myself very much agreeing with Michael, especially at the moments he's being very particular about something 😁.
I have really enjoyed watching you all putting the organ back together again. The skirting boards do make a defence to the island ❤
I DO hope you'll play that song from Phantom for us once you've learned it. I LOVE that song!!
I've been watching this whole process and I am just blown away at how you all have done this project! Amazing! Would be lovely to be there for a concert! Great job! Merry Christmas!
The island has turned out beautiful.
