It seems that unit managers drag a bunch of leftover bits into one unit. they get a bit of money and someone else has to clean up and remove. It's a win/win for them.
That would be a Manager special. Storage facility takes anything that’s left over in other units that nobody wanted and they put it into a different unit together so they could sell it for some money
I've heard that, but the one issue I see is that storage facility are legally required to print notices of the auction. These notices include the names of those who "owned" the unit... Are they just putting in any old name? Because if they are just taking things out of units to put together in other units, what happens if someone ends up paying up on their unit at the very last minute & then when they go to their unit, see that items have been removed?
I don’t know if anyone has told you but handcuff keys are common to certain brands and are pretty cheap. I’ve worked in private security and investigations for over 30 years and have several sets of handcuffs and basically there are 2 keys that can open practically any set. From what I saw of the keyhole on that set anyone buying them should be able to get a key at any security/police supply shop. Owning handcuffs is not illegal.
Put a hitch on your car and get a small utility trailer so you can haul more. Paid about $150 at uhaul for mine. I haul all kinds of stuff. Trash, quads, furniture. Brush after trimming trees. Takes money to make money.
Buying storage units is an adult easter egg hunt. Me and a friend did this in Dallas for a couple of years. Most people don't realize how much work it is to clean out these units. You're usually under a time limit (end of the day, or, sometimes the next day), and you have to leave a deposit. 4 hours in 100+ degree temps in a storage unit is no joke. However, the Easter Egg hunt is woth it :-)
Check the inside of the coach bag. I have several real coach bags I've bought at a coach store. There is a tag on the inside pocket with a metal coach emblem they also come with a number that tells you it's an authentic coach bag.

I'm so happy you won a storage unit! It was the perfect amount of stuff to go through and haul away. It always brings a smile to my face when you show us a toy from our childhood. I used to watch Ahh Real Monsters all the time on Nickelodeon 😀 My first thought on the handcuffs was not if they were real 😏🤭😆 Hey sweets, is your birthday August or September? I have a birthday gift for you and want to make sure it gets to you before the big day.
I wasn't a big fan of Ahh Real Monsters, maybe I was getting "older" then. I did love Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, & Doug. As Told By Ginger was my absolute favorite! (Birthday is also end of August/beginning of September... like to keep it a mystery for the worldwide web haha)
Handcuffs are more common than you think. These were probably in a drawer then dumped in a bag or box when moving and that locker was big so stuff was obviously taken out. I had friends that owned a few storages facilities and they would take things before selling them but they would see a lot of crap left by customers who just stopped paying. I'm not saying all places do that but I expect most do before selling them.
Lets hope your friends don't get caught doing that then...because removing items from defaulted storage units is illegal in most states... Funny thing is in the UK the law is reversed...default units can have items sold from them but its illegal to auction off the whole unit...
Unfortunately, it looks like that tripod was missing the top piece---the mount that detaches from the tripod and fastens to the camera. The tripod is practically worthless without that mount. The mounts are not universal--you have to have one that fits! I see these all the time at yard sales and even thrift stores without the mount...
Love watching your videos and how excited you get with your finds. Thought of you the other day when I passed a house clean out grabbed a bag of DVDs and found some one had thrown out a bunch of nice kid toys and a Couture dress. Keep digging can’t wait til your next treasure find😊💐

Wedding Ring. A tourniquet applied to a finger that cuts off the circulation of the rest of the body. 😁
Big fan of Rays site and now of yours. I liked the online ordering video. Maybe look at taking it a step further and do one about how the order is fulfilled by the supplier.
Thank you for your transparency and for being so real. You are a joy to watch. I subscribed today although I thought I had done that earlier?! You work hard and take us along on your journey. For that I thank you.

Thanks Tina! Sometimes UA-cam "unsubscribes" people. Not sure why, but thanks for re-subscribing!
The sexy eyes drew me in..the realness kept me watching the full 15:58. 👍
Cooooool goodies. Your hair looks cute Little Sprite 💖
Good finds. Good luck on your treasure hunt.
You can probably find the necessary mounting plate for the tripod on eBay. And your hairstyle is adorable.
Definitely a good buy.
What I liked was your whimsical reasoning for selecting this unit - because it was the right amount of stuff that would fit in your car!
I'm so happy you won a storage unit! It was the perfect amount of stuff to go through and haul away. It always brings a smile to my face when you show us a toy from our childhood. I used to watch Ahh Real Monsters all the time on Nickelodeon 😀 My first thought on the handcuffs was not if they were real 😏🤭😆
Hey sweets, is your birthday August or September? I have a birthday gift for you and want to make sure it gets to you before the big day.
I wasn't a big fan of Ahh Real Monsters, maybe I was getting "older" then. I did love Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, & Doug. As Told By Ginger was my absolute favorite! (Birthday is also end of August/beginning of September... like to keep it a mystery for the worldwide web haha)
Understood, thanks 😊
It's kind of funny that it does not even occur to her that those cuffs are probably someone's good time cuffs.
Love watching your videos and how excited you get with your finds. Thought of you the other day when I passed a house clean out grabbed a bag of DVDs and found some one had thrown out a bunch of nice kid toys and a Couture dress. Keep digging can’t wait til your next treasure find😊💐
Stuffed animals can have bed bugs, got to watch out. A pillow case from the lost and found can have them !!! 😒🤔
