This was the second song ever that made me cry.
I just came out of school, failed an exam, just learned to play guitar and this song came on on my headphones and somehow it just spoke to me.
"If you want to be a hero well just follow me."
That line really made me follow my guitar, follow John...

John really requires deep thinking to fully understand his music. He was extremely intelligent and knew exactly what he was doing, almost like it was destiny. God has a plan for us all because the truth is God is the universe/multiverse and the universe gave birth to us so what does that make us? Part of him/her/everything. We are everything. When you look in the mirror you are the universe observing itself. You are the embodiment of life itself and the desire for growth and experience.

    Hey Justin,
Thank you so much for posting this lesson. I have been watching your lessons for several years now and really enjoy them. I showed this lesson to my guitar instructor and he loved it two, so much in fact we did two or three lessons on this song. I think I am finally gettting the hang of this song. In a few weeks when I am a little better playing this song do you mind if I send you a video of my playing and singing this. I would love to see what you think. Thanks for posting this.

I like to have someone show me things, I just learn that much faster. This really helped. Thanks for taking the time!
