I have loose 30 kg weight in 1 year by just simple things:- walking daily 10000 plus steps Intermittent fasting Calorie deficit And high protein and complex carbs diet And little bit weight training... My weight before :- 95 kg And now :- 65 kg 💪
I don't choose walk, exercises😂 these exercises, home chores choose me. I come from a lower middle class family, we are living in rent for almost 25 years, though we have a house in our village, but due to my father's job we're currently living in a Tier 2 city, I cycle almost 10 kms daily from my home to library, I wake up at 6 am I have to make tiffins for my father and elder brother because my Mom is mostly sick then I take tuitions, then I do my owner's gardening. I don't even have time/money to afford a gym I just get tired from all my days activities but now I realize that the less conveniences you have the more fit, more years you're gonna live because I'm the fittest among all my friends whose fathers are making good money (no problem with that) of course I also want to make good money, but now I don't get sad as earlier I used to think inke yaha Car hai, bike hai etc. Now I say jab aana hoga tab aa jaayga sab, bhagwaan ne jo diya h thik hi diya 😂😂 always feel gratitude towards the almighty Shri Krishna ❤.
Thanks Dr I am a senior citizen walk 45 min brisk walk after wake up in the morning , after dinner 15 min leisure walk, and from today will do 15 min leisure walk after lunch. Thanks Dr for the valuable video
I got recently diagnosed with breast cancer , I’m 27 year old . Before my diagnosis I was on a journey to fitter and healthier lifestyle. I was actually learning about the importance of gut health , sleep , exercise. I was 9 kg overweight so I was trying to lead a healthy life rather than do a crash diet . But unfortunately when I got diagnosed, especially when I had no family history , it made me realise how I should have started this journey way before I crossed my desired BMI. All the college , hostel lifestyle is what I kind of blame now when I go for my chemo and try to do atleast 10 push-ups when I was doing 20pushup initially! However I have understood the importance of movement in my life . Since I’m not able do my regular gym workouts and follow tgat regimen but I try to atleast walk for 1-2 hours , try to get that 10k steps , though some days i achieve it other days I can barely walk .
I have no option to sit post meal coz hey, I am a mom of two lol. I end up cleaning them or their mess or the kitchen. I barely get to sit post meals. I have a standing desk and treadmill, I usually do 3-5K steps. Just today, I started going out for walks as we finally started to experience warmer temperatures. Did 12K today. With summer around the corner, I expect to go for walk/jog/run more frequently.

i walk 3 to 4 km daily , and my diet is also as normal , still my chest width and weight is higher than any normal person. my bmi always shows overweight. as per my discussion with medical people need to understand that diffrent people have diffrent build , some people will tend to lose weight even they miss one meal specially girls and some people will gain weight very easily .

Walking in cities is difficult where pedestrians dont have foot paths....givt should consider laying them but instead because of increasing traffic they are removing them which is pathetic.... Vehicles always rush towards the walkers...its irritating...the inly place we can walk safely and peacefully is the park
Thank you for your video. Im about to send thos yo my mum, who this morning says I walk too much! 4 years ago I had an injury in my ankle. It is now a permanent impingement of the ankle. Although a soft tissue damage the advice is to stay on my feet less. Despite that on a good day I'm able to manage 7000 steps a day. On bad days I can hardly walk. Walking used to be my life. I purposely never learnt to drive so that I had no excuse to not walk. I live in the UK, so commuting by walk or public transport isn't such an issue. Now that Walking is not possible for me, what other exercises would you recommend?

Some weeks ago i started getting pain around my chest area,bcz i was sitting too much like not walking 1000 steps only Then i got to know i would have chronic disease if i dont change,so now im okay I walk 2 hors daily now tell me if its okay Im 18yo from Pakistan Im not obese I have muscular body with around 18% body fat

People used to use luxury vehicle to go gym which is 5- 10 km away and they used to use teadmill to walk or run for 10km to burn calories and paying fees for that😅😅

I walk 8000-9000 steps every day, it sums up to 50-60 k steps every week... I'm 34, my weight is 63 kg

It's not advisable to walk after eating.....Give atleast 20 mins rest after eating.....
