    I would’ve never picture myself doing a whole 45 minute stretch, but man it felt amazing. Plus the music really helps.

    It took a while but I can finally do the saddle on my back, and the breathing really helped me finish the 4 minute hold. Really appreciate all the content.

    3 weeks ago, this would have been an impossible feat for me. When I say impossible, I seriously mean it. Couldn't hold the dragon, couldn't dream of doing the rest of the dragon sequence. No chance of doing the saddle. Still can't fully do some of the poses. But it is improving gradually day by day.
    And now I got through the venom routine with some minor modifications.
    After having already felt the benefits of the previous shorter stretch routines, I know right this second I'm going to feel great after this and in the morning.

    Been following these routines for 2 weeks and I feel amazing! Squats are feeling great now! This one today was a killer though! I can finally do the saddle while resting on my back. Took me only 2 weeks 😁 Keep up the amazing work brotha! Love them!

    Holy shit, this one right here was difficult but definitely paid off afterwards. That 3 minute sumo squat and 4 minute saddle were most challenging but got through it 👍🏼. Lovin this series!

    I have been doing the Smooth Panther routines since the first one you posted. I have seen significant improvement in many of the positions, but I have seen very little improvements
    in my half front split position. I struggle to keep my knee extended without remaining completely upright with my upper body. Any tips to improve this position?

      Don’t over do it, continue to do 1 routine a day and over time you’ll become more mobile. The last thing that you want to do is really push the position hard, over stretch, and tweak something. Do 1 challenge routine a week and just keep consistent. The position will improve in time. Took me almost a year to get myself into a comfortable saddle, and a lot of people hit that position very easily.

    I’m actually on my feet majority of the day working 12 hour shifts with workouts on top of that. I’m usually in lots of pain due to patellar tendinitis and this has helped tremendously! Please keep them coming!!!! I’m shocked to see only 70 likes and under 1,000 views. People need to take advantage of these routines. Thank you!

    I was 7 months with gluteal pain when squatting and the pain was completely gone, I'm doing the routines every day, thank you keep doing more. I'm from Brazil 👍

    Thank you for these routines. I work in a factory standing and bending akwardly all day building things for airplanes, and these really help my hips and back feeling fresh and agile. Awesome stuff and I appreciate you! Keep up the good work and I wish you joy in life ☺
