    Hi brother I wanna ask you a question about bjj and that is what do you think has a better carryover for bjj. Conventional deadlift or sumo deadlift. Tanks a lot

    Hey brother, I've doing ankle and hamstring flexibility exercises for a month, but I see no progress. What should I do, I'm desperate especially because my knees won't come past my foot on hb squat
