Ok... so I haven’t had to do any alternate variations since doing Smooth Panther.. until now. Yeah, I may not be as low or deep in a position but today I couldn’t do the 3rd variation of the bird dog: same side. Whoa! This was a great routine, sir! Thank you 🙏

I tried this morning.Ive done bird dog before but same side was new and harder.What was car? Last part laying back I could not do but have something to work on.Ill have to check out your other videos.I am new subscriber and need short stretch/ yoga to do in morning before work
