Sounds like the panel is the best option. I have looked at the Omnilux but haven’t purchased a LED device yet. Thanks for going over all the ones you have used and what you liked and didn’t. Very helpful. Have a great weekend! ❤️
Hi Debbie, I think a panel is great, but a mask can have benefits as well. It just depends on what you think you would use. Wishing you a wonderful weekend, thank you for your lovely comment ❤️
Just a head's up if you still haven't purchased a mask yet, my Omnilux stopped working just over a month outside the 2 year warranty, and when I asked their customer service if they might still help me they said "nope, just buy a new one". Hard not to feel like they're designed to fail just after warranty coverage expires as a ploy to encourage repeat purchases due to the weak wiring connection point between mask and cable. This really seems to be a defect in the product and if you're not rich enough to rebuy every two years, I'd steer clear of Omnilux and maybe try one of the other brands or even a panel device that's probably less likely to short out instead.
I've been using the handheld Lightstim directly on my face for eight years every single day for an hour at at time (4 minutes per area and sometimes longer) and I can tell you that it did not harm my facial fat. It is the greatest device in the world. It is the most valuable beauty secret I know! 🙂
I am glad to hear you are loving your device. And that it did not affect facial fat. As I said, I am quite skeptical about the possibility of it melting facial fat, so it is great to hear your experience. Thank you for being here, wishing you a wonderful day xx
So good to hear that. Wish I have the luxury of time to do this. 😪 May I know what is your skin type? Seems like you are definitely benefiting from red light therapy.
The best is that mito. I bought this light on your recommendation and absolutely love it. It works on my poor knee as well as my face. I bought a very expensive face mask around 600$ and it is disappointing. Love my mito and you. The staff at mito are wonderful. Your fan, Katherine Garelli an American in France.
I am so glad you are loving it as well, Katherine. And it is great to hear that the company gave you good customer service as well Sending a big hug your way xx
Thank you for the wonderful video. I wonder if you could say how far away you sit from your panel. Do you face head on or rotate some on each side? How long do you use it. I have the same panel but don’t know how to comfortably use it other than sit half naked in front of it! LOL. I also worry that I may sit too long?
@@karlacarm9611 hi Klara, thank you for your kind words. I sit half naked in front of mine as well ;). Anywhere from 10-20 minutes and about 10 inches away from it. x
Hi Claudia. I’ve only just found your channel and I’m so glad I have. I have been using the Current Body face mask and the neck and dec. I have seen improvements with both but the difference I have seen with my neck and chest have been really good. I had quite bad sun damage on my chest and it has completely gone. This was after about 4 months of use 4-5 times a week. My skin generally looks more radiant and feels firmer. I’m not sure I would sit still in front of a panel so the masks work very well for me. 🥰
Hi, I am very happy you are here! And I am so glad to hear that you are seeing good results with your LED devices. Isn't it amazing what LED can do for our skin?! Wishing you a wonderful week xx
Hi Claudia. I still love my Mito Red and use it 5 days a week. I have the CB mask, neck & dec, lip perfector and eye perfector. I love them all too but particularly the eye perfector. It is so relaxing before bed. Really comfortable and I believe helps me sleep 😘
Hi gorgeous, it is great to see your name pop up in the comments. Wow, you have them all, good for you! Glad to hear the eye mask helps you with sleep, maybe I should give it a try xx
I’m in Thailand and bought a square panel second hand from a friend who was leaving for around 7 euros. I also have a face mask which was also cheap , it has 4 lights and it works well too. It is not a top brand and I have had great results for inflammation and skin. It works fantastically. Having to have the best brand is not necessary in fact some brands seem too strong for some. I don’t wear goggles and have had no problems.
Hi Nicole, thank you for being here. I agree, you do not always have to have name brands or expensive brands to get good results and I am glad you found some devices that work well for you. Glad to hear that you too do not have problems not wearing googles Wishing you a great rest of your week x
I'm using the Current body mask and neck device for 2 months now and I see an improvement in my facial redness. My skin is nearly flawless so I wear just a little bit of foundation or nothing but a primer.
I'm a LED fan too. I use the Current Body & Omnilux face masks (I think the CB fits a little better) and the CB Neck & Deck mask every other day. In fact, I've seen huge improvements in my melasma with the neck / dec mask. Huge. I'm very keen to try a panel, so the hunt is on! Thanks for another great video 👍
Hi my beautiful friend so nice seeing you I’ve been going to spa and doing full body face led . I got a membership and go every month . I feel it helps with my mood . And I love it ❤❤ Sending y lots of love ❤
Hi gorgeous, you are a lucky girl. When we lived in Hawaii we had a place that offered full body LED and I signed up and loved it. Glad you are taking advantage of it! Sending you a big hug x
Good morning beautiful Claudia! Thank you for another wonderful video! I really appreciate all your reviews, recommendations and everything you do! You're a sweetheart! Have a wonderful day! ❤😘
Hi Claudia, nice haircut. It makes you look younger. Great information! I have the Aduro mask and I usually use it if I'm watching TV but not daily. Lol
Hi Annie, thank you for your kind comment. You are the first person to notice that I cut my hair ;). I did not like it at first, but now I agree with you, it does make me look a bit younger than the really long hair. Glad to hear you are liking the aduro mask. Do you just use red and near infra red or the other colors as well? xx
So nice to see you ! Im happy you have your place at last ! Sorry for being a stranger it has been crazy here. Love you videos Claudia ! I still use my Aduro every day thanks to your information. Big hug to you and your loves XX
Hi love, it is so nice to hear from you! Please never apologise, I know you are busy and we will connect soon. Glad to hear you are still loving your aduro Big hug right back your way and lots of love. Hope we can talk soon xx
I have Platinum Biomax 450 panel (660 nm red light only because I have hyperpigmentation and can not use infra-red light). I love it. Very powerful, high quality, covers face and decollate, hangs on the door. 15 min every other day.
@@claudiaglows there are bloggers who compare all red LED panels and Biomax always came out as the best one in the tests, this is why I picked it. It has options of red, infra-red, or mix of both wavelengths. Panels come in different shapes and sizes, with a door hanger or a stand. Ships internationally, 3 year warranty.
Hi Claudia, great information as always! I own the Aduro mask and a simple red/nir bulb and switch between them. I also have the Lip perfector and really like it for the short treatment time. I take the pacifier off and then hold it to the backs of my hands (one atva time, of course) and sometimes to my neck (all while watching TV), so I get quite a lot out of this little guy. 😊 Have a great day (sun is out here in Brussels, I hope it's the same in Paris). 🌞
Hi to sunny Brussels from (at least for today) also sunny Paris :) Glad to hear you are enjoying LED light therapy and your different devices. What a great idea to use the lip perfector on the hands! I am going to start doing that as well. Thank you for the great suggestion xx
I have an old handheld Lightstim which is way too small to use for the whole face BUT is great quality/intensity so I have started using this for the lips, 3 min every day. For the rest, I just upgraded to the Omnilux Men which is supposed to be the most powerful mask that penetrates deeper - too early to tell. Also very interested in the new Currentbody multi colour mask.
Hi Claudia I just got the OmniLux LED face mask in December. I’m not sure Ive notice anything yet as I’ve only been using it for about 4 weeks. I feel it’s necessary to give it at least 3 months to see any results. Thanks again for another great video.
Just a head's up, try to handle your Omnilux with great care, don't ever let the cord dangle unsupported or let the connection point between mask and cord bend too much, because my Omnilux developed a short in that connection point just over a month outside the 2 year warranty, and when I asked their customer service if they might still help me they said "nope, just buy a new one". Hard not to feel like they're designed to fail just after warranty coverage expires as a ploy to encourage repeat purchases due to the weak wiring connection point between mask and cable. Hopefully if yours fails like I've read many others have too, it'll happen just inside the warranty period and not just outside it!
I love my Mito Redlight panels from a different company. Similar name. Now I am researching how combining red light/NIR with methylene blue is super charging each other! Waiting for my MB bottle for internal ingestion and also just ordered Bluelene serum. Both technologies cover so many therapeutics for skin, memory, sleep, energy, pain relief, depression.......
He Shelly, I agree with you, both LED and MB cover so many things. I actually just interviewed a doctor on MB and it was fascinating! The video will be up soon Please keep me posted on how you get on with taking MB internally xx
@@claudiaglows I watched your interview and bought Bluelene serum. I may even add a drop of methylene blue (usp grade) to the serum. But test on my knees. Can't have a blue face !
The CurrentBody LED for the lips look so interesting and wow I love how many wavelengths it has! I hope you can make a video for it after some time. :)
I have the Omnilux face and nec/dec masks and like them. The face mask is definitely not too snug on my lower face area. I also have a small Hooga panel (similar to Mito) that I use on my lower legs. I have vascular skin damage and a small wound that wasn't healing as I kept bumping into it. The panel is helping the wound heal nicely.
Hi Mary, thank you for being here. I am glad to hear that you are liking the Omnilux and that it is a good fit for your face. I def. have a big chin ;). I am also glad to hear that the Hooga panel is helping your wound heal faster. It is quite incredible how much LED can do! Wishing you a great rest of your week x
I just got my first LED mask. I did a lot of my own research. I discovered silicone masks such as Omnilux are not the best. I finally opted for the Cleopatra. It was suggested by dermatologists and even covers the neck. My only complaint was that the separate protective eye pieces were hard and hurt terribly. I got separate small eye goggles suggested for LED and now it's perfect!
Very informative as always. I have the Dermalative led mask. It likes glasses but it’s over your face. It’s for 10 min and has several led lights. I will say I haven’t used it much though.
HI, thank you for your lovely comment. I have not heard of the Dermalative mask, but I hope that with continued use you will get some great results. xx
Hi Ana, I am glad to hear you are loving the booklet. You are right, esp. in winter the heat does feel nice. Wishing you a lovely day, thank you for being here xx
I can totally relate to your husband putting things away, never to be found again! 😅 My husband does the same thing and it drives me crazy. He will put something away, in a place that makes no sense. Then, when I ask where did it go, he has no idea!! I use a red light panel but, I'm not sure how long I should sit in front of it or how far away. It is very relaxing and my skin is looking better! Thank you for your review.
Hi Cindy, my husband swears he dies not put things away, but we all know differently ;). Glad yo hear you are enjoying your panel as well. Personally I use it between 10-20 minutes and sit about 10 inches away from it Wishing you a wonderful weekend x
Hi... I've Just started researching the Red Light Therapy World and was relieved when I found this video... I started microneedling because of you and it's fantastic, thank you! All of the reviews on panels are from US companies so I was so happy to find out you love the Mito Light Starter... I've been reading a lot about this panel from the Czech Rep and wanted to ask you... Do you honestly believe this particular panel can help with skin rejuvenation... I've hit 53 with the usual Wrinkles, fine línes, a little Rosácea, lack of collagen, worsening tone & thiner skin etc Many thanks for your help Diana
Hi Diana, I’m so glad that this was helpful. I absolutely love my panel, and actually just got a full body panel from the same company which I love as well. I think that red light therapy, if the right wavelength can definitely help with skin rejuvenation. We do have studies showing so. And these panels are at right wavelength. I truly think they are fantastic.
I actually have not used it lately as I ran out of it. But of course I would not put it all over my body. You could use an antioxidant spritz all over your body if you wanted to, something not too expensive @@ntzeng
Thanks for the video, Claudia. I have seen some people comment about how LED mask (and I am talking about reputable brand such as Omnilux) making them have or giving them hyperpigmentation. It's pretty confusing. Maybe it is individual basis. I bought one and I hope it will only do good things for my skin.
Thank you for being here! You are right, it is quite confusing. Some say it makes their hyperpigmentation worse, other say it makes it better. Just goes to show you how different we all are. I do hope that you will have great results with your mask. Please keep us posted xx
I have that Kathy Ireland panels they were the best. I have three of them. And they all work. I purchased some bestqool panels 4 of them so I can make one big panel. And I just recently bought the omulux. Nice seeing you again I haven't seen any of your videos lately 😉
Hi Claudia, thank you so much for another great informative video! I've just gotten the Omnilux. I like it for the reason that you said, I can have it on and do other things. I also like that I can put it on other parts of my body as needed. It's still new to me, so no progress report yet! You have gotten me interested in the Mito light, something to consider for the future. Thank so much for your hard work!
Salut mon ami, thank you for your thoughtful comment. I am excited for you to use the Omnilux and look forward to hearing about your results with it. Wishing you a great week, I really would love to catch up some time soon x

I got the ADURO Face mask at your suggestion probably a year or two ago and I still use it almost every night :-) and by the way, though the expense was a big financial hit lol I really do like my ZIIP and use that almost daily as well :-)❤
Hi Nana, I am so happy to hear that first of all you are still liking the aduro mask, but also that you are now loving the Ziip. I know it started out a bit rocky, but I am glad you are using and liking it Lots of love to you x
Hi Claudia! I’m using my MAYSAMA Gua Sha LED massager while I’m watching you . I feel it really has helped minimize the tension in my jaw and since I’m already using it I go over my face , neck and chest while I’m watching TV or you tube . And the bonus is your doing it after the green Rooibos serum has sunk in . What size needle are you using around your lips ? I swipe across mine while I’m doing my face . Have a great week xoxo
Hi Sue, glad to hear you are enjoying the Maysama Gua Sha tool. What a great way to practice self care! I use 0.25mm around my lips and I also go on them a tiny bit. I have been trying to do this with the Adipeu cream to see if it gives me a bit of lip plumbing... Jury is still out ;) Wishing you a great week as well, thank you for all your love and support x
Thank you for explaining this so well. I was looking at purchasing the Currentbody eye glasses, but I have the Aduro mask, so maybe it's overkill. I would worry about any device while traveling because of the different voltages in other countries. My ZIIP just shorted out today after 1 year. I have contacted the company, so I am waiting to hear back what they will do. Fingers crossed!
oh no, I am sorry your Ziip shorted out and really hope they will replace it for you. I do use some American devices here in France, but I make sure the voltage is ok and use and adapter. I do think if you have the aduro mask, the eye glasses are overkill ;) x
@@claudiaglows Glad to hear your advice on the eye glasses. We did a hard reset on the device today and I think it is going to work. Charging it now. Whew!
Wow, Claudia. I absolutely never thought or knew that you could use the ADURO face mask on other places like your neck and chest. I’m definitely going to try that :-)
Hi Gorgeous, This was superb and as always leaned so much! I also enjoy LED and purchased the Omnilux recently. I agree and it's not the most comfortable (on my nose), but can make it work. I have another device which got hot and learned that this wasn't a good thing. How's everything going? I finally got a little work done in my closet, lol. I hope you find the things your husband packed. Lots of Love, xo
Hi gorgeous, thank you for your thoughtful comment. I am glad to hear you got the Omnilux and are able to make it work. One viewer suggested to use it laying down and not use the straps to make it more comfortable. Of course that cuts out the multi tasking, though relaxing is a task ;) Everything here is going well. We are finally settled, though as I said, certain things are still missing ;) Glad to hear you got some work done on your closet. That is always a fun project Lots of love to you as well my sweet friend xx

Hello my beautiful friend! I absolutely love haircut! It looks so good! I hope your doing well! It’s so funny when you said that your husband put your LED device some place where you can’t find it! My hubby does this all the time lol.. I can never find anything! If not him it will be my furbabies playing hide and seek! Drives me crazy! Thank you so much for doing this video! I’ve been wanting in an LED device not just for anti-aging but for pain relief! But, it’s so expensive! Have a wonderful day 🥰💖💖
Hi love, thank you for the kind compliment. I did not like the cut at first but am getting used to it and am starting to like it. Yes, and LED device would be great for you, as you said, not just for anti aging but pain relief. @@claudiaglows Of course! I think it really compliments your face though your already gorgeous! Thank you for the recommendation and I will look into the Hooga one! Sending you much love 🥰🥰
Infra-red and blue light worsens hyperpigmentation, regardless of heat level. I experienced that even with a low-power LED device that dud not generate heat. My current panel is powerful and it does heat my skin up quite a bit, but because it is red light only, no worsening of hyperpigmentation, I would even say it made my skin tone better, more even. It is more than just hyperpigmentation, infra-red and blue light are also aging skin. Infrared is good for muscles, but bad for skin.
Thank you for being here and for sharing your experience with LED light therapy. I think it just goes to show you that we are all different. One viewer just told me her hyperpigmentation greatly improved from using red and infra red combined. It is so interesting... x
Hi Susan, the jury is still out. I am still using it and at times I think I can see a difference, but other time I don't. However I have heard from so many women that it is helping them, so it is worth a try..
Oh and i have been using the combined setting of lights over my bath to do color therapy while soaking... Seems really out there, but it is nice and i believe the different colors are soothing and healing to me. (:
I have a panel Claudia, will I get the same results on my face and how far away should I be standing or would you recommend a face mask for best results? The panel I have is a red/infrared Platnium it's a full panel. I should have watched to the end because you addressed my ? except for the distance you stand from it. Thx Claudia, and your face does look fuller from the Sculptra🙃🙂
Hi Deborah, glad to hear you are enjoying LED as well. Personally I sit about 10 inches away from my panel Thank you for your kind words, I hope you are having a great weekend x
You have quite a selection of devices. With wondering if they affect facial volume, we have the information of harsh things that are used infrequently, they build collagen. Infrared feels like the sun without the dangers. I'm happy with my handheld lamp for now but if I get fed up of my arms aching, it would be time to move on to the panel.
@@claudiaglows My mum also likes your videos, so wait for her to be in a UA-cam mood and watch them on TV. Your panel is smaller than I thought (from a distance) but cute and still useful enough without cluttering the place. x
Hello beautiful Claudia - Does the red only light on the Aduro generate any heat at all on the skin? I don't have melasma but I do get hyperpigmentation and moles. Thank you!
Hi Tina, thank you for being here. No, neither the red nor the red and near infra red combined on the Aduro mask generate heat. And it has the green, which could possibly help with hyperpigmentation... x
Great video Claudia. I've seem some chat recently around too much exposure to LED can be counterproductive. How many minutes do you use your panel for?
Hi Susanna, thank you for your kind comment. I use mine almost daily for about 10-20 minutes. I do use an anti oxidant serum before hand, to counteract some free radical damage. x
I am intrigued about micro needling every day or every other day on your lips. I thought we had to wait four weeks to do anything to the face. Is it a 0.5 or stronger? I would love to see a video on this :-)❤
Was it the md quasar? That’s the one I’ve been using since 2018. I did one hand first for a few months and used the other as a control, and was really impressed with the results. I’m now looking for a panel so I don’t need to hold it, but Mito isn’t available in the us :( The Dermalux flex is intriguing, but I can’t justify $2500.
Hi Elissa Yes, that was the one! It drove me nuts not being able to remember the name. I am glad you are seeing some good results with it. Where do you live? Mito does ship internationally. You are right, $2500 for the dermalux is a bit steep. And I do not think it is as practical as a panel. Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week x
@@claudiaglowsOh good! I''m in California. What I noticed is there's a US based product called Mito Red Light, which looks virtually identical to Mito Light, including the website. Do you happen to know if they're related? If not, I'll email them. Thank you and a wonderful week to you as well!
@@citysick Hi Elissa, lucky you! I lived in California, Monterey, for over 20 years and really miss it! I am familiar with Mito red light. They do have very similar products but they are not related. Please keep me posted x
Hi Claudia, I just wanted to say I have the Omnilux mask, the most comfortable and relaxing way to use this is to lie down and put your thumb an forefinger of each hand on the exact space where the strap is and hold it, forget the straps and Velcro are difficult with long hair anyway, the 10 minutes goes really fast and you get a tiny arm strengthening at the same time
Hi Beatrice, thank you for the great suggestion! I love the simultaneous arm workout ;). Glad to hear you are enjoying your Omnilux mask and have found a good way to use it xx
One more quick question.. how far away do you expose your face to the mito panel? I have one too and thought it was more beneficial to be pretty close to it. Thanks!
I have the mito 300 panel and i use it for 10 minutes every day honestly I don't see any difference in my skin been doing it for a month now. It it supposed to help with pores?
Hi, one months might not be enough time to see a difference. It takes time for change to happen. That being said, nothing chan shrink our pores, but LED can help with collagen and elastin production and degrease inflammation, all of it leading to healthier skin x
@@claudiaglows Yes, the idea is that the lipids in the MLE are formulated to sit on top of the dermal layer as a boundary protector, preventing toxins from getting in while somehow still holding in hydration. It's Korean skincare technology. Please try it
Claudia what do think about red light panels? I’m thinking about getting the longer panel so I can get most of my body at one time rather than purchasing one for the face. Thanks
Hi Dellisa, as I mentioned in this video, I LOVE my LED panel. It is mid size, but I would love a full body panel at some point. If you can afford it, I think it is a great option x
All these devices are so expensive! Do you think the Mito Mobile smaller and a bit more affordable is also a good option for a LED red light beginner on a budget? Thank you.
Hi Sansa You are right, unfortunately many of these devices are quite expensive. I think the Mito mobile, though I have not personally tried it, looks like a great little device. And if it fits your budget I think you can get great benefits from using it x
Hi Frank, which device do you use? I would say see what the instructions say. It also depends on what you are using it for. If for mitochondrial health, I would say daily is good. For lines and wrinkles 3-5 days a week is probably all you need. As far as your eyes, if you use a panel like I do, I keep my eyes closed but do not wear protection. It is important to keep the eyes closed though. With a mask, which has eye cut outs, you can have your eyes open x
Started using omnnilux for 4 wks now but haven’t seen a difference, I’m dark skin and hope that’s the reason I haven’t seen an immediate result, I’m hopeful
Hi Pat, I think it might take a bit longer than 4 weeks. But it is also hard to see subtle difference when we see ourselves in the mirror every day. Taking before pictures can be helpful. You could still take some, just to see if there is a difference in another 4 weeks. Please keep us posted x
Hi beautiful, it looks like you tried them all lol . I was going to get panel one , during holidays. It was some some great deals, but as usual i got distracted🤪 Going to look in . I do need one Have a blessed day🙏🧡
What are the ill effects of exceeding the manufacturer's suggested usage? My Omnilux Men mask suggests 3 to 5 sessions per week of 10 minutes each for 4 to 6 weeks, then ''as needed" ... sounds like I am supposed to just experiment.
Hi Tad, I honestly don’t know. I think some worry might be the free radicals produced from LED. But hopefully using some antioxidants with the treatment will counter balance that. Personally I love my LED treatment so much, I do it daily and have not seem any Iill effects x
@@claudiaglows Thanks for the fast response! But I thought I heard you say that "more is not better" and that you had learned this by making the mistake of doing it too much ... ? Maybe I misunderstood.
@@tadmarshall2739 more is def. not better. I think it is best to follow the instructions the devices comes with, since they hopefully take in luminosity, amongst a few other things in consideration. It also depends on what we want to treat. Maybe for collagen production less is needed after an initial period (which seems to be the what your mask is implying), but to improve mitochondrial health we might want to use it daily. The panel I use actually says to use it daily for 10-20 min. I hope this helps.
I did come across a study suggesting so. Since it does help I create mitochondrial health, it would make sense. But honestly I have not noticed any improvement to my hypothyroidism
Hi, I am not aware of any devices that can really help remove pigmentation. Some at home IPL devices claim to do so, but I have not had good results with them. x
Hello again I have another concern/question : are you sponsored by Mito? I am very careful with " influencers" who are paid or given FREE (expensive ) products to influence people to buy them. WHY would the Mito light bulb costs $108 and the VERY similar Wolezek light bulb on Amazon is at $38? I sadly see many naive and uniformed people ready to jump on any new Internet trend and I do not wish to be one of them!
Hi Sansa No, I sm not sponsernd by Mito. But you bring up a very good point. I honestly do not know why there are such big price differences bestehen different brands and devices. The only thing I can think of is cost of manufacturing and quality and some of it of course advertising as well The Mito device is a very good quality, solid device. That being said, I am sure you can get good quality devices for less money. I would say look at the wave length, make sure they are where you want them to be. Also luminosity, how much power does the device have? If all that checks out, I think you can get a good treatment with a much less expensive device. It might not last as one as a higher price one, but it also just might x
HELP!!! please In my Last comment you mentioned that you'd Just bought a body panel from Mito Light... I can't stretch to a full body panel but am either going to buy the starter 4.0 which is the table top panel or the slightly larger Expert 4.0 which is double the size I realise it's very personal and dependant on our desired outcomes but in your opinión which would be better... They both don't appear very Wide and eventually I would like the wider mitohacker but for now I can only budget for one of the smaller optiones Thank you... I'd really like to treat my Hands & Feet too
Hi, I actually have the table top and really liked it a lot. What is she said, it really depends on how much space you have as well and how you want to set it up. And of course also, how much skin you want to cover boy, that is a tough question. I would say you cannot go wrong with either one. If you want to cover a bit more skin, then go for the bigger one, if you think you just gonna want to use it for your face and chest, go with a smaller one. Please keep me posted. And I do have a 5% off code, I know that’s not much, but at least it helps a little bit. x

Thank you for being here, wishing you a wonderful day

So good to hear that. Wish I have the luxury of time to do this. 😪 May I know what is your skin type? Seems like you are definitely benefiting from red light therapy.

In your opinion, would you say that the handheld LightStim is more effective than Tretinoin (Retin A)?
The best is that mito. I bought this light on your recommendation and absolutely love it. It works on my poor knee as well as my face. I bought a very expensive face mask around 600$ and it is disappointing. Love my mito and you. The staff at mito are wonderful.

Hi Claudia. I still love my Mito Red and use it 5 days a week. I have the CB mask, neck & dec, lip perfector and eye perfector. I love them all too but particularly the eye perfector. It is so relaxing before bed. Really comfortable and I believe helps me sleep 😘

Glad to hear that you too do not have problems not wearing googles

Infrared is good for muscles, but bad for skin.

x
I have the mito 300 panel and i use it for 10 minutes every day honestly I don't see any difference in my skin been doing it for a month now. It it supposed to help with pores?

Hi Frank, which device do you use? I would say see what the instructions say. It also depends on what you are using it for. If for mitochondrial health, I would say daily is good. For lines and wrinkles 3-5 days a week is probably all you need. As far as your eyes, if you use a panel like I do, I keep my eyes closed but do not wear protection. It is important to keep the eyes closed though. With a mask, which has eye cut outs, you can have your eyes open

Please keep us posted

@@claudiaglows oh so true about taking pictures to compare and also when all u see is yourself in the mirror
I use my omnilux on my neck and close my eyes and on my eyes and lips, can’t figure out WHY they cut the lip part out?!?!
That’s a good question?! Maybe so we are able to talk when using it… not sure ;)

Hi Claudia how old were you when you made this video? Thanks 🙏
Hi Pedro, I was and am 54 :)
Hi beautiful, it looks like you tried them all lol . I was going to get panel one , during holidays. It was some some great deals, but as usual i got distracted🤪 Going to look in . I do need one Have a blessed day🙏🧡
Hi gorgeous, I have tried them all ;). Hope you will love the panel. It might really be helpful for your husband as well

Personally I love my LED treatment so much, I do it daily and have not seem any Iill effects

Do u have tried the qure mask?
Hi, no I have not tried that one

Does red light really help the thyroid?
I did come across a study suggesting so. Since it does help I create mitochondrial health, it would make sense. But honestly I have not noticed any improvement to my hypothyroidism
definitely not
Yes it should help thyroid
I've been using red light therapy devices, for 8 years everyday and I could say I don't see any fat loss in my face. I see plumper skin.
I am very glad to heat that Pat! Thank you for sharing your experience with LED

did u have buccal fat removal?
I did not. But I am 54 and loosing facial fat is part of aging
u look beautiful!
@@jillpotts7472 thank you ❤
Hi mam iam india face deep dark spots and pigmatation remove tharapy
Hi, I am not aware of any devices that can really help remove pigmentation. Some at home IPL devices claim to do so, but I have not had good results with them.

I love you Claudia ❤️😘

I've seen you in a little while. Your face look fuller
Hi, thank you for being here. It might be lighting or the shorter hair. Or who knows, maybe the Adipeu cream is finally kicking in...

Hi Sansa
No, I sm not sponsernd by Mito. It might not last as one as a higher price one, but it also just might

@@claudiaglows thank you very much
@@redmoon5287 You are very welcome Sansa. Keep me posted and what LED device you end up getting and how it is working for you

is this sponsored?
Hi Jill, no. I do not do sponsored videos. These are just devices I use and some I prefer over others
LED light are not safe...I don't know where you all are getting your info.
from over 2000 studies done on LED light therapy
I would love to have a panel someday!! Kisses!!!

Why is your neck and chest so red? Are you ok?
I am ok, thank you for asking. It is Poikiloderma of Civatte , which is sun damage from years of baking myself in the sun.

beautiful woman, but too skinny
Just an add on I bought the 3rd generation small panel on stand. Katherine
thank you Katherine

HELP!!! please
In my Last comment you mentioned that you'd Just bought a body panel from Mito Light...
I can't stretch to a full body panel but am either going to buy the starter 4.0 which is the table top panel or the slightly larger Expert 4.0 which is double the size
I realise it's very personal and dependant on our desired outcomes but in your opinión which would be better...
They both don't appear very Wide and eventually I would like the wider mitohacker but for now I can only budget for one of the smaller optiones
Thank you...

@@claudiaglows Thank you!
