    Great to the point explanation of these different modalities!
    As someone who's used both microcurrent and EMS while the company that makes fiepushi does have a device that offers EMS their microcurrent device is indeed microcurrent and not EMS. I think where the confusion came in is many fake copycat "fiepushi" devices started being sold and many of them were thought to be EMS instead of microcurrent.

    I have two favourites due to results micro current The Integra original I've used for over 20years instant results using two wands on high 550+75mA (now I know what that means lol) more effective than Nuface I returned my nuface two big didn't like it too long and drawn out to get results, this unit also has a wand to infuse moisture into the skin by changing the setting from Alternating to Negative, that must be Galvanic, I understand it better now after watching this video thank you for sharing your knowledge I did not realise the treasure I have in it.....I will certainly make better use of it now,. and for over 10 years RF my Tripollar Stop classic amazing skin firmer I only ever use the low setting for great results, I also have the Bayliss facial Toner aka the Egg this must be EMS as you can feel the contractions, haven't used it for a while but super face toner, I think it's called something else now though, Serious Skincare microcurrent egg, but it's not microcurrent as you describe so it must be EMS x Jen

    Hi again. Speaking about Medicube, what is the technology or science etc behind the ATS Airshot and the Booster? They don't explain what it is, and i can't find a single review that explains it and how it compares or is different from all the other popular devices out there. I don't want to duplicate what I already have. I have the HIFU 2, and the Lumo multi and Venus, as well as a multi RF, LED, that also, cleans, imports, lifts, and cools to close pores and also the neon and argon gas glass wands. I'm getting so confused and I can't find anyone to explain the energy type behind the Airshot and how it creates channels into the skin and also zaps peach fuzz, and is used on dry skin, vs the Booster which also creates channels to help products penetrate. I know what they each do but HOW and WHAT powers them please?

    Hi Trina please can you help. A lot of my books they r saying that mocrocurrent is direct current because the Wands complete a circuit uninterrupted but u and lots of of others r saying it’s alternating but alternating causes contractions that u can feel? Could you please xplain thanks

      Older faces need EMS.. it works , tones AND builds muscles.. this is important in order faces.. to build up the muscle and lift tge skin with it..
      I'm 65 and have used EMS with great results on my cheeks lifting and tge whole bottom of my face lifted as a result. When the trend for microcurrent started I bought a very expensive device but saw my lifted face sag a bit.. so have gone back to EMS.. & seen it improved.. I use TUA TREND 2 wands.. EMS..
      & NuFace Microcurrent on my forehead..

    Thank you for the info. I was wondering about nanocurrent? What are the effects compared to microcurrent?

    • @beautybeyond40
      @beautybeyond40  2 роки тому

      I think that's just a lower level current. You can try to find more info on Google or the ZIIP site or ask ZIIP directly since they are the only device I know that has it. I don't know the specifics about it.

    • @dgrant919
      @dgrant919 2 роки тому +5

      You can’t feel Nano current at all. I believe, since the waves are smaller, that it can penetrate the skin deeper than micro currents. I have a ZIIP, and I like the fact that it can do micro and/or nano but I don’t feel like the design is very easy to hold in your hand and move it around the various areas of the face. If you have arthritis or any other thing that affects your grip or finger agility, I’d skip the ZIIP.

    • @Kendralovesskincare
      @Kendralovesskincare 2 роки тому +5

      Like D Grant said nano current are smaller electrical wavelengths which can penetrate deeper than microcurrent. Nanocurrent offers longer lasting results over time and can address issues like breakouts and pigmentation in addition to many of the same benefits as microcurrent. Microcurrent and nanocurrent compliment each other nicely for this reason. Microcurrent can give those immediate results we like, and nanocurrent helps reinforce them and make it last a little longer. If I understand correctly😊 Hope this helps. I did a great deal of research on it when I was deciding which device to get.

      I have heard this, but i'm not sure if it's right away or after frequent use. I thought I called this out in the video? I'm not an esthetician nor do i have access to any scientific studies about this. i am conservative, so I just skip EMS on the face.

    We're told that if your MC device makes your muscles "shake", then it's too much. But why, if the EMS does that exact thing?

    • @beautybeyond40
      @beautybeyond40  2 роки тому +1

      Because it's a different modality and that's what it's supposed to do.

    • @mvp5332
      @mvp5332 8 місяців тому +1

      because with ems the muscle contracts, and you feel that. Rather with MC (microcurrent) what you are feeling is too much current on your skin, the tingling is not a contraction.

    So... would I be able to use myolift on the top of my face and Lumo on the bottom from the apples of the of the cheeks to the jaw and waddle? One right after the other in the same treatment time? Or, should they be spread out with time in between? Hours or a day?

    • @beautybeyond40
