I just bought the k599 deimos and it's a blast. As an aspiring programmer it allows me to connect to my laptop via dongle and pc with a cable. the custom profile lightning is quite easy to set up.
@@Abdullah-jp8yu I'm probably going to by this one too, I also do coding and having the arrow keys available in such a small keyboard is amazing. I'll use it with a laptop as well
i just cannot believe it. my comment went under the radar about two months ago and i knew you would like this keyboard. Fun fact, im using it to type this comment rn. Thank you so much man. ive been a fan since about 7-8 months i think now. thank you!!
@@123loujay definitely bro I was a little skeptical before I bought it since there were no reviews but I didn’t want a blue switch so I trusted my gut and it turned out really good. All I need now is a keycap set bcs I don’t like the one it comes with otherwise top tier.
So glad to see you reviewed this. I was conflicted between getting a kumara for the dedicated arrow keys and the draconic for the compact size. This is just what I was looking for! I have mixed feelings about the bluetooth dongle since I felt like bluetooth pairing is better, and I don't like possibly loosing the usb key when I travel with it. But I am used to using it (I usually just leave the key plugged in my laptop at all times).
I bought a K552 at clearance price as my first Redragon product, realized I liked the quality/value and Outemu switches. Then I got a K630 and discovered I like 60%, except I do apparently use arrow keys and a few others often enough that I don't want to have to do a Fn combo every time. Now I want this lol.
i have the k530 white with blue switches, and I am loving it, every time I see a new redragon keyboard it gets my heart racing, but the k530 is still on top lol,
I've been using one of these for about 2 months now. It was my first mechanical keyboard. I swapped out the reds for some Outemu Browns and Boba U4 because the reds were too light for me, but other than that everything has been great. I use it about 6 feet away from the receiver and rarely have connection issues. The only mod it really needed was some tape under the stab housings so they wouldn't wobble. Also, I thought this thing had a plastic plate, but after your video I went and tested it with a magnet. It turns out that I was wrong and this board has some kind of non-aluminum plate since the magnet stuck to it.
Love you bro i have been searching for this keyboard alot and fall in love with it but can't find a single review about it just got notification of your video and damn your awesome wait for you quick millions subscribers
I just found this keyboard and I see your review and immediately bought it, for the price I can't ask for more. I'm really happy with this and I hope can get it soon 😃
Writing this comment on this keyboard, which is also my first mechanical keyboard, I absolutely love it, I got it for 1000 egyptian pounds which is 63 united states dollars, a steal in egypt but pretty overpriced for outsiders, anyway this is probably my greatest purchase and I only got it because of this review, so again, Thank You for making this amazing keyboard review,
Love Redragon mechanical keyboards. I have K552 TKL RGB with Blue Outemu switches and K578 (obviously RGB which works the same, let's you adjust every button any color like K552). But I have Outemu Brown switches on K578. I have swapped some key caps on K552 (not letter and number ones but everything else because I love the font on this keyboard.. while completely swapping all keycaps on K578 for High Profile ones since it comes with Low Profile ones and it's not something I like). Redragon mechanical keyboards are underrated. Everyone has that Cherry MX hype going on still. Oh well.. they're the ones over spending and missing out on great mechanical keyboards that are cheaper. Just wish more people bought them and Redragon got bigger as a company, they would make even better keyboards.
Great review! you already have a new subscriber. I still don't speak fluent English, but I come to see every video you upload, because it seems to me that you do it in a super professional way. Although I must confess that it's hard for me to understand you sometimes, because you speak very fast hahaha XD
Ooh...Pre-lubed stabilizers, don’t see that too often. Also props to Redragon for using usb for wireless over bluetooth. Love the font of the keycaps as well, hated the old “gamer” font
Idk why so many ppl hate the print? to me it looks awesome cos it goes away from the norm and it screams gamer-y! despite that i dont like keycaps cos they get shiney real quick, but other than that i think redragon is quite good brand, they dont make the most quality stuff, but usually they are very fair priced for what you get.
I really like this keyboard.. my only complaint is that I wish it had an app where I can set up the RGB lights how ever I want and show me the battery %.
Amazing video i actually was looking at this keyboard! I have a video idea, you can review the hk gaming pudding keycaps and put it on this keyboard and see how it looks because nobody has this keyboard with pudding keycaps and it would be cool if you did that. Or you can just put tecware or hyperx pudding keycaps on it, anyways amazing video like always
I am using Red dragon mouse Hydra M805 for almost 10 hours a day last year and I am pleased to use it! I have also Logitech G604 100$ mouse but Red dragon is more comfortable but I must be honest it is not precize as Logi, but 95% of user will not care for this value and ergonomic! Now I am consider to buf Red dragon keyboard over Logitech narrow choice of compact keyboards

Wow, the Amazon listing was from all the way back in 2014 Edit: it seems like the listing used to be for the redragon k553, not sure why they changed the page to have the k599
Hot swappable with 3 prong (I think that's how they're called) switches? Yes sir. Gonna buy one for sure and in the future upgrade the switches to some nice quality ones, lube them and the stabilizers, maybe do something like adding foam and then change the key caps and there.
