This is a really beautiful shawl and I absolutely love the size of it!!! I'm currently working on a Grandma's German Shells Shawl that's about the same size. I don't wear "shawls" because most are the size of a neckerchief or an ascot! I love ones that are like wearable blankets to wrap up in. Adding this to my list of projects to make! 😉Thank you!!!❤

I really like this. I know you can make this as big or small as you want but can you give an estimate on how much yarn (even weight is fine if easier) you used to make yours. I have some hand dyed DK I'm thinking about using but not sure I have what it takes to make it look great. THANKS!

How many grams/yards when only using one color? Love the size of this shawl, it’s beautiful.
Thank you. The weight of my shawl without tassels is 375g, each tassels weighs 10g. I used Stylecraft special DK Anja x
Do I need to buy a pattern to find out how many rows of colors to make?

Ophelia.please help me. The recipe of this shawl seems to not be complete . When mixed colors of yarns I got two points of yarns not knowing what to do with that. If should give a knot or something else. And after u mixed dark gray what should I do at next row? Should make same till the last row of shawl? Same as first row of dark gray? Now I got an unfinished shawl😢. It was so beautiful so far. But don't know how to continue this work.😔 Hope u answer me back to help to finish this.😢hugs from Brazil 🇧🇷❤
Hello Gigi, yes just knot the 2 ends and run them off when you're ready. And when you join in colours, just keep repeating the row until you've got the size you want! Anja x
