    You’re awesome! Not only are your videos educational but you’re honest! It’s scary to use and try new things. Especially when things do exactly turn out how you thought. But like you said it’s all part of the learning process. And even tho I’ve been a stylist for years there’s always so much to more to learn. Thank you so much for your videos!

    I was new to the field and started working in a salon and had no experience with Wella Blondor. I ended up doing a balayage my client but didn't understand the type of lightener that I used so it didn't lift quite like I wanted. It embarrassed me and I stopped doing color after that client. This video has encouraged me to seek more education. Thanks.

    Tip: blondme will not swell if you put a few drops of water in the mix. I’ve figured that out the hard way and it doesn’t really knock the developer down at all. It’s my favvvvv

      Lovely video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Pondalyn Phrenic Paramountcy (Sure I saw it on Google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.

      This is just superb, I have been researching "what colour to use to get grey hair?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Aanabriel Bewildering Ascendancy - (just google it ) ? It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering how to get rid of gray hair quickly without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got cool results with it.

    During my apprenticeship (in Australia) my boss would stock 8 different colour lines. I have been exploring with Matrix hair color at home and have also gotten Matrix color done at a salon and while I'm a Paul Mitchell student and have had paul mitchell color done at a salon I used to frequent I have found that Matrix is what I prefer and imo when I think about opening my own salon in the future I think i would want to be a specific matrix salon....i think using multiple different lines in one salon can make the results vary and not be super consistent....I notice the difference when i get the same thing done at different salons that use different hair color lines. But that is just me, if you know what works for you than that is amazing!

      Jamie Dana thx for the reply...I was just wondering if you tried it to see if I was doing something wrong. I watch your vids on repeat bc you have great foiling techniques. However, doing baby lights on myself takes like 8 hrs and I do it in 4 quadrants and rinse one side out before I start the next quad. But how do you keep say level 6 from bleeding into the blonde when rinsing? I’ve tried the rinse the dark first with foils in and putting #2 olaplex but it still happens. What am I doing wrong? I know, amateur 😂😘

    Hi Jamie , I like your videos , thank you, they are very helpful for me.I’m a hair dresser have more experience with cut then color , I know basic , my daughter asking for highlights for her and which is good for my portfolio , she has olive skin , green eyes and her hair natural like 2N, would you recommend me should I change her base color or I can do highlights for her and what toner I can use so not to make it to light maybe around 8shade . Also don’t want to damage her hair with bleach and so that you use olaplaex , if you can tell me the measures . Thank you 🙏

    • @jtalbot34
      @jtalbot34 4 роки тому +1

      Tatyana Davydova when you buy Olaplex it gives you the mix ratios. Also for your daughter’s hair being a level 2 you have to know exactly what her end result is otherwise there’s too many variables to consider. My favorite color line especially for dark hair is Guy Tang’s lightener because it is purple based not blue and I rarely need to use a toner. I use his color line exclusively because it’s a simple line that can accomplish everything you want to do without having to buy 2,000 tubes. His color line is called #Mydentity. He has a UA-cam channel you can check out.

    • @tatyanadavydova4681

      Jennifer Talbot thank you so much Jennifer , I did already highlight for my daughter , but the roots still to dark I didn’t touch them and highlights came out with the toner I used little darker and gray greenish that I expected, we want to nourish the hair with olaplax 2 and wait couple of weeks and then use another toner but I didn’t decided yet what I will use, afraid to dry out the hair her hair is thin, any idea🙏

    I would love to see an in depth demonstration of how to place a foil. I did a full head of babylights on my friend for the first time the other day. I was so slow, it took me 6 hours because I had to do a section and once I was 10 minutes into another section I had to go back and pull the bleach off her hair and spray it with water to keep her from processing. When I used the rat tail end of the comb to place it snug against the head that was fine but as soon as I put my hand behind the foil to brush the bleach on the foil would slip a little. Is that normal? Also when I would place a foil and finish it I would go to section the piece of hair for the next foil and I found that pieces of hair were stuck in the foil and I had to take a bigger slice. Was I just doing too small of a section? Her hair turned out amazing btw. After I did the babylights I mixed some rose gold color together that was more natural copper looking and made a shadow root color and blended another color through the ends. It was so seedless and there were 0 mistakes that you could see. It looks very natural I just want to get faster 😂

It’s the first real clean color lines available....I did a balayage/shadow root/toner....on a difficult level 4/5 that has trouble lifting past orange tones as she has several ethnicities and this bleach busted through it from O&M! the toner was great and the hnectar is exactly like shades eq but quality wise BETTER as it’s like getting a conditioning treatment w/ organic herbs and ingredients! They have sample packages to try it out! I highly recommend it!!
