Cruis'n Blast is a racing video game developed and published by Raw Thrills. Originally released for the arcades in 2017, it is the sixth installment in the Cruis'n series.
Cruis’n Blast, only game I know where a triceratops, a bull cart, and a London tram are all considered cars to drive. Glad to see this game on Teknoparrot.
Man I was super excited when I saw this was coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2021 and got it as an early birthday gift. I went on vacation that year with family and I played it non stop when traveling and overall I can say I was very happy with it as it really brought the arcade experience on the go. My only small disappointments was the lack of the checkpoints that were used in the arcade version itself, and the lack of the Corvette Z06.
Cruis'n Blast is the ultimate arcade racing game of the Nintendo series. I love you Nintendo Games! It's available on the Mall in all around in Venezuela. 1994: Cruis'n U.S.A. (Arcade) 1996: Cruis'n U.S.A. (N64) 1996: Cruis'n World (Arcade) 1998: Cruis'n World (N64) 1999: Cruis'n Exotica (Arcade) 2000: Cruis'n Exotica (GBC, N64) 2001: Cruis'n Velocity (GBA) 2007: Cruis'n (Wii) 2017: Cruis'n Blast (Arcade) 2021: Cruis'n Blast (Switch)
I played at arcade machines at the time before coming in to the switch and i have one for my switch and something i play he is extremely different than the arcade machine
I'm glad that Namco don't own Cruis'n, and Nintendo and Midway (Now Raw Thrills) are co-owned. If Cruis'n had been owned by Namco, it would have been a dead IP and later anthropomorphized and gone to the terrible world of 404 GAME RE:SET. Recently, Namco is said to be holding a Ridge Racer event, but I really doubt whether they will announce a new game or remake, remaster. Because Namco is discontinuing development of several games and focusing on boring anime games. Ridge Racer is a dead IP and won't make much money.
I never thought Midway is now Raw Thrills, that's how I suspected the same way of gameplay from 90's…I thought Midway got bankrupt, but no,it's the same company alive with other name
PS:Researched again and got to know that some employees from Midway were in the making of this game(O bet that's the story but I already know what is it)
Hey Insert Coin! Have you looked into the operator settings? There should be a "free race on 1st place" option. I believe that like the original games, it can either be set to any 1st place victory, or it can be limited to multiplayer games. I know most arcades turn this off, but a few of them leave it on. This game does feel different compared to the original _Cruis'n_ games, and its feature set is rather limited, but it's still lots of fun.
I have 2 questions:How many bonus cars the game has?If it has FREE GAME FOR FIRST PLACE,do you choose only another track/car like in Super Bikes 2 or you choose both in the next play?

Eventually, the game has been ported to the Switch two years ago.
