Ah, I remember "Protect And Survive" and this sketch so well. We found the book so funny as students.

“And who’s the brushwood? I’m looking at it!” Too bad the clip got cut off. That was my favorite part.

Jasper Carrott, a REAL comedian, compared to the losers that aren't worthy to tie his shoelaces, we've got today! Jasper, get back in there, no more Goldenballs or other loser quizshows, and be what your first, best destiny had you to be!

At this time, 5 march 2022 will Jasper be updating the Protect and Survive goverment pamphlet for us.
As soon as Putin started with the threat of neuclear war i just had to seek his advice again. I hope all TV channels broadcast this clip in full
eight minutes before it happens so we can go laughing. Is this the British sense of humour, yes. The British have alway laughed in the face
of adversity and despots threats. What is happening is mad. Be defiant and remember how we all laughed when we first watched this the
first time round. Just rebroadcast it.

On US TV - you have Steven Colbert, Bill Maher, Jimmy Fallon - there's also Jonathon Pie in the UK of course.

@Mik Davies which is why living is the past is for you. There are great comics today. Impossible to find if you don't look.

@@davidsmith5523 I simply said, where is this humour today? What part did you not understand? There are many of today's comics that I like, but not in the same category as this!
