Hello beautiful friends 💚 Thank you so much for choosing to be here! I invite you to consider what the word 'nurture' means to you. What words, colors, images, feelings, emotions, and/or beliefs come to mind? As you move through this practice, the invitation is to consider ways you can nurture yourself. This might look like using a prop to offer nourishment and support, adjusting the pace at which you move through each movement or between postures, responding to your body's sensations with kindness, expressing gratitude for the time you've carved out for this self-compassion practice, connecting with your breath, honoring your body's messages, resting in stillness whenever it feels good, offering yourself a hug, exploring a different posture/movement than what I demonstrate in the practice, and so on. There's no right or wrong way to nurture yourself. The invitation is to follow what feels good and nourishing in your body as you move through this practice. Feel free to share how this practice went for you in the comments! Sending you love and light 🩷🙏
This felt so comforting this morning. Like I’ve unwrinkled my entire body. Moving slow- taking the time to listen to what my body is calling for is compassion and nourishing for me. This was lovely ✨

Thanks! Good practice for loosening up the hamstrings and spine. It's easier to nature one muscle group than the whole body. You really need to be unified/present to nuture whole body at once.
