I just got back Thank You So much It worked before but had disconnected my battery now I have 2 USB Flash Drives with stuff i can listen to
I’ve tried all that and my usb icon is on where the smartphone setup part is but it’s gray where it’s under the apps and it still won’t play. It played it before I stopped using the radio for a few months but when I hooked it back up, it won’t play anything on usb. I wondered about trying to do a factory reset but didn’t know if that would do any good. I just don’t understand why it’s showing on in the setup, but is gray in the apps.... please help me out. I have the Pioneer AVH-X2700BS with Mixtrax if that makes any difference? I bought another one that’s same brand but not the Mixtrax and it doesn’t have a lot of the eq settings and the usb works in it with no problem though. Thanks
One more question please Sometimes I have it somewhat loud and I get a crackling on my speakers. They sound like they are going to blow up. Any adjustments available Thanks

Hello i have a avh-x2700bs and it come with 8.30 firmware but i update ot 8.50 and now the unit reset ramdomly when i use the unit, i try to use wase trow appradio and just work for 10 segs and them restar againt, do yo know something about this problem?
well i downdgrade de firmware to 8.31 and the unit is more stable but, cant play videos or use the appradio funtion because it crash and reset imediatly, i will give a try to a kenwood unit since this unit is out of waranty so i kinda screw.
I don't think so. I'm on LTE and also have downloaded the stations I listen to. Also Spotify album art shows up fine. I will try contacting Pandora support. Thanks
It stopped working for me too, when I upgraded to the new Premium. I have to unplug / plug back in the USB for it to show album art, and I have to do that for every song. That, along with Spotify straight up not working any more is ridiculous!

Getting ready to purchase a kenwood ddx9903s to replace an 8 year old kenwood in an 09 4runner. I would like to install a flush mount double - usb extension. I've seen the single usb PACs with the short cables, but do you have a recommendation for a dual usb that would be sturdy and reliable?
Bill Maxwell you really only need the single. The second USB is only for hard drives. Most people put those in the glove box. With those radios the PAC 12" is the way to go.

I think also, if you see "Incompatible USB" your thumb/card might be too big. I don't think it recognizes over 32g.

Roberto Cubero it sounds like an issue we had with a batch of the 2700. Unfortunately they never recalled the radios.

It is network mode possibly. Restore settings and choose standard mode. Or the Rear speakers may be off in the sound settings

Pandora Premium is not displaying album art for most songs for me (using iPhone with USB) Have you heard if this is common problem?
