It's disgusting how true this really is. I've had my own experience with being abused in a relationship, and I was told by her mother, who worked for a domestic abuse hotline, that I just had to deal with it until I could find a place to move to. Mind you I was the one paying the bills while she was living rent free with her daughter and my son. I spoke right up and said why is it up to me to find a place to go when everything is in my name, and I'm paying for everything? I said if the roles were reversed and I was the one who hit her, I'd be in handcuffs being charged with domestic abuse. So I just held my tongue and behind both their backs with the help of the domestic abuse hotline her mother worked for, got a protection from abuse order on her, and she was removed from my house 2 days later. It wasn't the first time she hit me either but best believe it was the last time she ever did. No one deserves to be abused or to not feel safe in their own home. And I spent way too much time in my own home walking on egg shells because I never knew what kind of mood she was going to be in. I'll never be in another relationship like that. I'm glad I was able to get out of it.
When I was younger, say 6-7 years old, my mom once punched me (closed fist, she was _massive_ in comparation to me at that time, as well as that she had strong muscles) on the arm because she _assumed wrongly_ I was doing something that displeased her. When my dad discovered this he went to confront her because of that, and you know what happened??? She POINTED A F*CKING KNIFE TOWARDS HIM, SAYING THAT SHE HAD ALL THE DAMNED RIGHT TO BEAT ME UP HOWEVER SHE PLEASED AND THAT HE DIDN'T HAD ANY RIGHT TO TRY TO INTERVENE. She even swinged the knife towards him and him, trying to evade, accidentally hit her in the face and because of that she came towards me and said to my face _"Look at what you've done."_ After that, EVERYONE sided with her and blamed my father for the episode, I was even prohibited from saying the truth about the matter. So yeah, all frickin' women are SAINTS and VICTIMS and they CAN'T EVER HURT ANOTHER BEING, and if they do is ONLY BECAUSE OF SELF-DEFENSE and it's OKAY EVEN IF THEY HURT OTHER PEOPLE. 🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒 Honestly disgusting. I can understand why my father separated himself from her and why men these days just simply stay away from women.
I am so sorry you had to deal with that. What she did was straight up abuse in every sense. Just that single instance included neglect, physical abuse and mental abuse. I hope you and your dad have since been able to get help processing what she did. I apologise if this next part comes off as judgmental but I do believe people who behave like your mother did need to be placed in a psychiatric unit until they are safe to be around other people then sentenced in prison for what they did to others.
@@vickyrandall4334 Oh uuh, thank you for the kind words and the understanding. I'm not saying that that's not true, and I do am grateful for the things she did and sacrificed for us, but that doesn't excuses the many different damages she left… Don't worry, I don't take offense on the psychiatric thing, if it wasn't because she has mellowed as time went on and my brother and I grew up, it's very likely that would've happened. I love very much my dad and seeing the many things he'd had to tolerate just for the sake of my brother and I- I've even seen male friends be treated terribly by other girls/women and I think it extremely unfair that men are treated those ways and told they've no right to fight back or they're the ones always in the wrong; it all makes me very in line with many of Roma's ideologies and disgusted by the so-called "feminism" of nowadays. So that's why. I shared that anecdote as a way to demonstrate that women can also be very hurtful, not only to strangers but to their own children, even if I'm a woman I understand men's point of view. So they didn’t do anything. But, I did I left that night and filled for divorce the next day. I believe in men’s rights. I don’t think anyone should be beaten on! I think everyone deserves love and respect. I really didn’t want to hit him but I didn’t think there wasn’t anything else I could do! I think what you do is great! I have a brother and his second wife was batshit crazy! She used to hit him constantly! He would just take it! You’re great! Keep it up!!!
CHRIST. 💔😭 We ABSOLUTELY ride at midnight. Anyone who has been through this should be standing with him, regardless of our bits. I hope gets the support he needs to leave his abuser.
The worst part might not even be that he's been abused... it's that if he ever raised a hand to defend himself, even if it would literally save his life, he'd be the one getting in trouble and not her. But yes, ladies, keep talking about how men are the problem.
I once had a girlfriend who during an argument pulled a carving knife. She was angry at me because a woman who had taken a class I was teaching was trying to sell her textbooks and i offered to pass her number to my current students so they could buy second hand books at a discount. She pulled that knife and stabbed the sweater i had hanging on the chair and turned towards me. I calmly told her to put the knife away, before someone gets hurt. I guess I said it with enough conviction that she put the knife in the drawer. Crazy times.
Notice how the man isn't angry or hurt. He is somehow speaking to that monster, he knows the risks of him losing his temper. Even after she beat him, he knows that if he breaths wrong in her direction, his life is over.
Damn brother I really hope you get out of there before it gets worse or turns deadly I had an old friend back in the day whose girl was abusive and one day she flipped and he almost lost his life. Whoever is going through this please get help and get out! 🙏
It just proves that there isn't much support for men in this area.. . My nose is bent, cause she wouldn't let me leave to walk it off. Theres most likely some agency a guy can go to, but the community on the whole doesn't really show any empathy towards it.... That guy's face was given a new postal code. .. I wouldn't ask, what'd he do to piss her off. No. I'd ask him, have you packed your suitcases yet? No man needs that shit in his already demanding world. Good show today. Ty.
And the moment he puts his hands up to protect himself (and by that I mean restrain her) he's automatically recognized as the "abuser". Disgusting double standards.
That pisses me off to no end. She’s just as much of a coward as a man who hits women. She knows very well that he’s expected not to hit back. She knows he won’t call the cops because regardless of anything he’s the one they’re gonna take away in cuffs. She wouldn’t be so brave in a fair fight with another female.
As a man who has been beaten on. I called and reported it and i got told that I could get fined because my girl at the time turned it and said I attacked her and hers was self defense. Mind you she had no marks and I didn’t do anything. I on the other hand had a broken nose. I had an officer tell me that she could press charges on me for battery. I feel like I’m less a man for reporting this. I feel embarrassed that a woman beat me up and my moral high ground of not attacking back got me in trouble. I feel like a sub human
When my wife drinks she is physically abusive to me. She neither recognizes this as real, nor important. Im physically capable of resistance, but experience has taught me that as a male human, I will lose more than my safety if I do. In return to this abuse I am making efforts to separate. I will not give advance warning. If she was accountable for her actions, we may have had a chance at repairing. But, in the current state of reality, we dont.
Your way out was when she put her hands on you more than once, you just didnt take it. I understand its different lookin in, and more difficult when in the situation, but there's nothing to justify putting up w that. Even if you have kids, even more of a reason to take the kids and run.
@@jacksmith2315 the situation would have been way worse cause she was the type to try to spin it and try to make it seem like she was the victim and call the cops. Yeah and if he hit her back in self defense he'd be called a woman abuser but if it were the other way around where the woman was being hit and she hit him back, everyone would congratulate her for fighting back. I was in a situation over a year ago where a woman was forcing her way into my apartment, and all I did was continuously push her out so I could shut and lock the door. She called the police and because she had bruises from slamming herself against the door, I got charged and had to go to court. Now I'm on a 12 month peace bond, simply because I didn't want her in my home. I was also called a woman beater by one of her friends for it.
The fact that he said he's been multiple times through that, and is always willingly to just not defend himself because he knows it would backfire against him is crazy to me.

I had to go through hell to keep myself out of jail going through probation with a b!+(H of a PO, all while working double shifts and taking the classes they forced me to take. As well as being a single father raising 2 boys on my own. If you have the pipe plumbing, it will be your fault every time no matter what a woman does to you. I know we will probably never meet in real life, but I just had to say from the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Sis! To be so caring while battling your own demons and giving strength to so many of us out here when nobody else gave a fuck about us…. I love your beautiful soul and I wish I could just give you the biggest bear hug! 😂❤️🙏🏼
I've been where he's at. Was beaten up for 2.5 years by a woman who knew I would never hit back. Every time I tried to walk out of the house, she would play the abandonment card "Oh you're leaving? just like my ex". And her friends always thought she was an angel, even when we broke up. No one would never ever hear me (so I never said anything). And to the comments saying "men have the right to hit back". Yes, but WE STILL WON'T. I still won't ever hit a female nor will I ever hit a child. Same stuff. Basically we men will always be vulnerable to getting beaten up by a woman who knows we will never hit back.
No matter what gender or how strong and tough someone is, it is NEVER okay to physically or even emotionally abuse someone. And for the people who think it’s not a big deal in any way especially with men, put yourself in their shoes for once, how would you feel if you were abused and no one helped you and/or even blamed you for what happened, just because society makes it seem like you always have to be strong and tough? You would be so distraught and so scared to open up to anyone, so what makes it okay to let so many men and others go through that shit?
My ex was so bad towards me she'd try to hit me in the face but she was too short... So she destroyed my life by taking me to the cleaners... Everything I ever worked for gone... I will never love or trust again... 💔
I’ve been through this. I actually had one try and murder me by suffocation. It was just lucky that I use to be a pro wrestler, and did some martial arts, so knew how to get her off of me. If any man is in this kind of a relationship, leave. It’s like Roma just said, they will still be painted out as the victim. I’ve been with quite a few women in my life. I had been mentally and physically abused by them. It had gotten so bad that I got PTSD as a result. So I’ve remained single for 14 years now, but, I missed out on having children, something I always wanted. I was told by friends that the one that really broke my soul for a while had an abortion. And had one that claimed it was mine, but, found out she was still with hubby. Thank you Roma, you’re an amazing woman. I wish I could find one like you.
First of all, props to him for being in fantastic shape and NOT raising his hand to her. THAT is a true gentleman who deserves happiness. Fuck a double standard, and fuck an abuser.
He said he's been through it several times. That shows a pattern for him. I would blame a woman who continuously puts herself in situations like this too.
There is a new series on TV in Australia by Channel 9. It's called "My Wife My Abuser". Worth watching. It goes to show it's not just the women that get beat up, many men suffer this abuse in silence, and women are worse than men.
Dude could have probably put her lights out but he didn't. The reason is probably one of two things. He was probably taught to never hit a woman, or he was afraid if he hit her back, she would say she was defending herself. Those two reasons are why many more men are physically abused than we will ever know.
I hope she understands just how big he is and how easy it would be for him to overpower her and really mess her up but he didn’t and just let her do it she should understand how lucky she is to still be here.

So true. I had cuts on my face and hands where I defended myself from my ex and yet I ended up in jail and had a charge of domestic battery against me and I was trying to leave and get away from her.
@@kingzach74Do you still bother with relationships and stuff after that?
@kingzach74 : Ditto! Now my ex has told my daughter's she wants to murder me. What sort of a mother says that kind of stuff in front of their kids? She's had me arrested a few times now. She puts that special make-up on her face to look like bruises then calls the cops on me. I'm at the end of my tether.....she's taken my kids and my house. 😢
@@gigantor62 well , at least your free . Right ? I mean you’re not in the poky .

Maybe you want to be treated like a woman but unlike you I don't enjoy being emasculated.
He's obviously holding back. If he wanted to treat her like she was treating him she wouldn't be hitting him anymore.
He's not allowed to lift a finger remember. He must endure!
Social violence, is what this is. Beating the victim and then blaming them for "allowing it".
There's only two words adequate enough to describe it: *F***ing Disgusting.*
That's is absolutely horrible 😢 no matter how angry you get, you don't put your hands on anyone
I believe in equal right and lefts. Come at me and it's not going to go well.
Yeah, she'll claim self-defense for your bruises and you'll end up in jail. I'd classify that as "not going well"
@@Karajorma Not really. Cops know better the women aren't innocent at this point. One calls the cops and both go to jail.
@@SheepAmongGoatsIf you really believe that there aren't multiple cases of men being abused but then going to jail for defending themselves while the woman gets away with it, you haven't been paying attention to this channel, let alone real life.
@@SheepAmongGoats Yeah. A friend's wife beat him leaving him with a busted nose, a black eye, and a chipped tooth. He pushed her off of himself, and went three doors down to a coworker's house and she decided to call the cops. They took her to jail. They also took him to jail. Locking up both is a ridiculous solution. He was a victim and now he is facing domestic assault charges as well. He will lose his job if he is found guilty, and she still doesn't care.
@@KarajormaIdc. She can cry to the police and they can throw me in jail all they want. You really think the inmates are gonna respond the same way? I'm sure there are men there who will hear I decked someone who hit me first and will throw a parade
Trust me, I would be in jail if anyone no matter what touched me.
Honestly disgusting.
Normally when I express the kind of things my dad, my brother and I suffered at my mother's hands, people go somewhat ballistic and accuse me of being an ungrateful child or that I'm shameless for flaunting my "family's dirty laundry" around, that I shouldn't blame her because she did so much for us and worked so hard for us. I'm not saying that that's not true, and I do am grateful for the things she did and sacrificed for us, but that doesn't excuses the many different damages she left…
Don't worry, I don't take offense on the psychiatric thing, if it wasn't because she has mellowed as time went on and my brother and I grew up, it's very likely that would've happened. Or at least, we all would've cut off communication with her completely.
Anyways, thank you again, we are quite better these days. Hope you take care and stay safe. 😊
Dude I'm so sorry you're going through that and please don't stop speaking out. You're not ungrateful, nor anything negative. You went through something at someone else's hands, and that's not in your control. I just hope you're healing now and living your best life cuz dude, I get it..

@@allyxd1790 Uuuh, thank u too Allyx, really but, I think there's a little bit of a mistake? I'm not a man, I'm a woman. I've been following Roma because of her advocacy for men, which I also support since _I know_ what it is to be on the receiving end of women's viciousness and I've seen with my own eyes how much a woman can hurt and destroy a _person's_ life, which I feel furious/disgusted about.
I'm very very sorry if I made all of you misunderstand something, that wasn't my intention seriously…
In any case, do please also take care you too, I seriously hope you stay safe from these kind of things. 🙏🏻

My ex husband used to beat the shit out of me. I got very scared. I always wondered what I did to make him do it. Then one night he started in on me and I had finally got up enough courage to hit him back. He called the cops on me! But, the amount of times I had called before and they hadn’t arrested him.

We ABSOLUTELY ride at midnight. Anyone who has been through this should be standing with him, regardless of our bits. I hope gets the support he needs to leave his abuser.

This is why I wouldn’t even trust couples counseling. I just feel like everyone would side with the woman, no matter the circumstances.
Sadly you're 100% correct with that. They always side with the woman.
The worst part might not even be that he's been abused... it's that if he ever raised a hand to defend himself, even if it would literally save his life, he'd be the one getting in trouble and not her.
But yes, ladies, keep talking about how men are the problem.
Thank you for tackling this one.
No one deserves that! You rather be single than stay with someone who disrespects you like that!
Damn it pisses me off when anyone is abused but men get shit on all the time thanks Chloe for standing up for men .
Crazy times.
she was licking her lips! 😱
This is exactly why there is no equality
It is disgusting that he's getting blamed for what she did to him.
They just mad because your math maths
100% correct.
I was that guy once upon a time! then thank god she cheated with my cousin and that was my way out!
R.I.P cousin 💀🙏
Your way out was when she put her hands on you more than once, you just didnt take it. I understand its different lookin in, and more difficult when in the situation, but there's nothing to justify putting up w that. Even if you have kids, even more of a reason to take the kids and run.
@@jacksmith2315 the situation would have been way worse cause she was the type to try to spin it and try to make it seem like she was the victim and call the cops. I learned the hard way that she wasn’t above lying to cops trying to say I put my hands on her. Thank god she didn’t have a mark on her and the cops realized she was lying. Some guys aren’t so lucky though. I put up with it because I needed to find a way out where she couldn’t dispute why it was over cause if I didn’t there would be stalking and god knows what else. I’m glad things played out the way they did cause when it was time to go she knew there was no point in fighting it. I was just glad it was over.

@@jacksmith2315 You don't get that she could have been bribing him. Some women are so insane that they will literally beat themselves up, call the police, and tell them that their husband/boyfriend attacked them, JUST to scare them from even THINKING of leaving them.
At 0:07 you can see her big smile by the pride of what had done to him! No remorse!
I was in an abusive manipulative relationship as my first ever relationship..... it still fucks with me but I try to forget about it.

This happened to me for 3 years. Along with constant cheating. Then I was the one who got thrown in jail. Don't trust the cops or the judges, they will just railroad you and give you an outrageous bond and a public pretender. You're on your own.
I'm glad I have sisters. Their philosophy in cases like this is "f*** around and find out".
Absolutely no one should have to put up with this kind of abuse from anybody. Man. Woman. It doesn't matter. Absolutely unacceptable. I hope he charged her (if the police took him seriously, which is another problem men face in this kind of situation) and left her,
She is targeting his EYES!
When a woman realizes her man loves her so much that he will never raise his hands to her, she becomes abusive. Abusive in every way.
Yep, well said Chloe. As a society we need to start condemning violence from men AND women.
She needs to be arrested, Blessed Be.

Hey Chloe, I’m sure you won’t see this with all the other content and I hope I don’t come off as some internet weirdo but I just wanted to thank you very much for standing up and being the voice for many average guys like myself who have been victims of mental physical and emotional abuse. I think I speak for many others as well but without you, I personally would’ve continued to be stuck in the cycle of being chastised and broken down constantly risking my sobriety and debating on if I was going to eat the bullet today or not.
JC this is getting dangerous
I was in an abusive relationship a year ago, I understand his frustration, that's why I love men's rights advocates. Support is nice

There is a new series on TV in Australia by Channel 9. It's called "My Wife My Abuser". Worth watching. It goes to show it's not just the women that get beat up, many men suffer this abuse in silence, and women are worse than men.

The DA most likely wouldn’t even touch the case, but God forbid he had defended himself…..
If a man fights back, he will go to jail.
Been there. I was the one arrested. Got to love the system!
Dude could have probably put her lights out but he didn't. The reason is probably one of two things. He was probably taught to never hit a woman, or he was afraid if he hit her back, she would say she was defending herself. Those two reasons are why many more men are physically abused than we will ever know.
