That heat reflector is is in upside down, you are supposed to feed it in from the top down, FYI.

@@roselsimpson858 Okay someone beat me to it. Yes goes in from the top down, then the grease tray tucks just underneath the very bottom of it so the grease drips down into the grease tray and not behind the tray. Also the door will pull of if you bring it straight up to the very top of the unit for easy cleaning.

Did you find the manual? If not, look for one online. You need to read about assembly because the reflector plate is upside down--the solid slanted part helps the drippings run into the tray at the bottom (you have the vented part down there). Your chicken turned out beautiful--it is really hard to get a chicken perfectly centered on the spit so it doesn't flop around. It's not a fun machine to clean, either. I've taken the reflector outside and used spray oven cleaner on it which helps.

I now have three of them lol I just bought the Baby George Forman from Ebay just received it about an hour ago I have the large one it hold two large chickens the medium size one hold one large chicken this Baby one I never heard of is small probably would hold a chicken no more than 5lbs I would say, but it's a good size for myself so that's good. This is one of my go to appliances, because it's easy to use and you don't have to babysit your chicken when it's cooking when my adult children come over in the summer I will set both of them on a table in the back and put two chickens in one and a pork roast in the other while it cooks I would make a salad, rice, beans ect. than on my regula outside grill I would put a few burger's and hotdog's lol I would not get rid of them never I love them so much it's sad I've been trying to get another large one or medium with no luck I don't even know if they make them anymore...
