Series idea: type challenge, put all the types on the wheel of outcomes and spin for your Vs type. Winner moves on and losing type gets removed from wheel until we have our grand champion.

Here's a suggestion for a challange i like calling "Chain reaction":
You can only catch pokemon that are weak to previously caught pokemon STAB.
I.e.: You catch random encounter in the grass and let's say its a Tentacruel so now you can only catch pokemon that are weak to poison or water. If in this case you would see a grass pokemon then you CAN catch it because grass is weak to poison STAB (even though grass resist water you are able to catch it because you only need 1 of the STAB types to be super effective) however if its dual type grass/poison then you cannot catch it because it takes neutral hit from poison STAB.
Once you catch that grass type (or fairy, rock, fire, ground type) you continue the chain and next pokemon must be weak to the newly obtained pokemon STAB.
Disclaimer: It doesn't matter if pokemon is 4x weak or 2x weak.
Disclaimer 2: Since abilities should be randomized - they are not taken into account so for example Electric type with levitate can be still caught if you had a Ground type before.
Disclaiimer 3: If you capture pure normal type and it's not the last pokemon then you reset the chain reaction (search grass for different type).
That was a long description of this videos challenge just weak to instead of same next pokemon lol plus I'm pretty sure they did this

I really liked the normal/ghost video, since you made that a doubles battle. Maybe for the next one, you could do a psychic/dark/psychic, getting 2 of each. If you find one with both, you can treat that as either depending on what types you end up finding later on.

Idea for a video: "BST, height, or typing"
Randomized starters where you tell each other the BST of one, the height of one, and the type(s) of one (strategy for which info you reveal each round). Choose teams based only on that information.
Additional rule could be having the option to be told the same information for all starters once per "stat" before choosing. Basically, 3 rounds of BST, height, and typing - one round each of all BSTs, one of all heights, and one of all typings.

Do a challenge where one of you catches a random pokemon then the other has to spin wheel to catch either a pokemon which is super effective against that type or that type is super effective against , so if QuickGG caught Blastoise, Chillin would either have to catch an Electric type or a Fire type depending on wheelspin.
This was super awesome! Except for the Dragon Darts which just completely destroyed QuickGGs team at the end.
This got me thinking, a cool “sequel” could be if you alternated super effective mons. Like just a quick little example Chilln goes first, finds a pikachu, then QuckGG would have to find a ground type. And so on.
The only wrench in that is if either of you finds an Eelektross🤔

There was TWO times where Quick could have gotten a free clangorous soul and just didn’t, he only had headbutt but still just completely wasted a chance to set up

Another great idea, blind encounter 3 pokemons, give other person a choice between 1,2,3 encounter. Then take turn do that till 6 pokemons are filled with 2 skips.

It's been awhile since I've seen a type lock!
Do this challenged based on the move type! Each pokemon has 4 moves which have a typing. Put those types on a wheel and then you catch a new pokemon with thaat type
Challenge Idea: You each catch 6 random pokemon. Then, after you both have a complete team, you each roll a 6-sided die, and then whatever result you get, your opponent trades the pokemon in the slot of the number rolled. So, for example, if chillin rolls a 2 and quick rolls a 5, chillin would trade his 5th pokemon with quicks 2nd pokemon. So you can try and catch a bad pokemon with the chance your opponent will roll the right number and trade a good pokemon with a bad pokemon
You all should definitely implement the mascot clause

So if one got rock, the next would catch grass/water/fighting and so on

I still want to see a Number of Limbs challenge where you need one pokemon each with: no limbs, 2, 4, 6, 8+, and one where it's genuinely confusing what if anything is a limb on it. Wings and tentacles generally count as limbs but if in doubt it throw it in the "other" category
For example: 0- Magnezone, 2- Executor, 4- Blaziken, 6- Charizard, 8+ Trevenant, ?- Copperajah
Both of them had fossil Pokemon from gen 6 when they haven't even played it.

Challenge:
Each catch 8 fully evolved Pokemon, no recap, random moves and abilities. Both (soft)look at the parties. (Only look at poke'pics no in depth look) Choose 2 pokemon from each others parties and eliminates them. Mix up order of remaining 6 in your party. Then random number generate between 1-6 three times, to see which party slot number will be traded to each other
