Hey JaxBlade, would you give us your thoughts on Jackie Chan's exercises from his training montages in his movies (Drunken Master, Snake in Eagle's Shadow, Fearless Hyena)? Some of that stuff seems unrealistic per say.

@@jeffbac1889 just gotta eat what you can. I used to eat 2 cups of oatmeal mixed with 2 cups of skim milk soaked overnight in a shakerbottle for breakfast. Peanut butter sandwiches and greek yogurt for lunch, and either beans with chicken breast or ramen with 4 eggs. total costed me about $100 a month and usually came out 130g of protein (bare minimum for someone weighing 160lbs like me). Also would go to my local church or university food pantry (literally walked 4 miles round trip) and get cans of tuna, loafs of bread, and various other stuff like seasonings (go to was cinnamon for the oatmeal), sauces, and occasionally when they had it some produce like onions, peppers, or spinach. It's all about your mentality, get creative with what you got, if you think like a king you'll eat like a king.

Mmmmmm... *Hears TMNT Song in his head for a while* (The one from the 90's)I have no problem, I do cheat meals and suffer the consequences XD, I mean I have Crohn Disease so I can't go happily eating all I want, I can eat bread for 10 days in a row after that I suffer, sometimes less, sometimes more, and not much maybe 2 small pieces of bread or the like, same Milk, One glass is Instant trip to the Bathroom XD.when I fast I feel light and clearminded while when i eat I feel sluggish and heavy, but If I do not eat properly I might not be able to ration things to last, that means no only meat diet :P. still interesting this approach, meals make a man.

Wow I can completely relate on the cheat day thing. While I still eat unhealthy foods; I'm getting veeery used to eating non preservative, green, fruits and even homemade rice n beans. And when I do eat fast food or sugar (I use stevia now usually instead of sugar) I feel sluggish, "heavy" and just not good. I learn to love the healthier stuff. Even without all the sugar.

static stretching means to hold a position, which is great for flexibility and recovery. this should be done seperate from strenuous activity. Dynamic stretching is for warming up the muscles which may help with mobiliy. It shouldn't take too long and can be done right before exercise.

hey i've been sticking to working out for about 2.5 weeks now, and wondering what would be some good changes or additions to my current plan. Since I think upper body is ok, though plan to add power cleans and maybe another exercise once i get my barbell. But core I never really feel, except when doing bicycle crunches and using the ab wheel. Normal crunches i just feel in my back more than my abs no matter how much i focus on using the ab muscles. But lower body i'm fine with since my legs are meaty fucking ox legs, just waist up i want to improve. Though mainly the arms, since sure i want to trim the gut a bit but my arms just seem a bit skinnier than i'd like. Also diet i am refining a bit too, but nor forcing since i want a change i'll enjoy and stick with.
    Sunday: Rest
    Monday: bentover rows 10 rep x 3 sets / bench press 10 rep x 3 set / push ups 10 rep x 3 sets / pull ups # (right now just 1, almost can to 2) rep x 5 sets

additionally I also do a pull up each time I use the bathroom, since back in highschool I remember that helped me build up the number i could do a lot without overworking myself.
