    Madison's youtube channel is absolutely amazing especially if you're into card magic.

    I've seen this being performed in person, it's really good. Definitely a good release and a good addition to one's repertoire.

    This is nice. I have to admit, I have no cube magic at all. But at this price, and with your fantastic review, I think ya sold me, David!! Take care, my brother.

    The only cube stuff I have at the moment is the Rubiks' 40th anniversary box. Which I love it, but I am hoping to get something a little more robust soon.

    I performed using this gimmick YEARS ago before cube magic was really prevalent. The pros to this version IMO are the cube is higher quality and the extra tutorials you receive.

    I like the "right and left handed." So much cube stuff is taught one way, and stuff like the Refraktor project originated with right handed stuff. I had to ask/figure it out myself to translate it.
    Your review makes me think this is just the Enchanted cube reboxed. Like, I know it's designed after it, but with the 1/6 bad angles? Mind you, I learned it before I knew it existed. RedKB showed a magic trick with a cube.
    Would it make a difference if I came across the video, and just made my own Enchanted cube?

    Do you think one could do a switch for inspections? Thanks for the review.

    • @magicorthodoxy
      @magicorthodoxy  11 місяців тому +3

      Yes, absolutely - if you're confident switching out a rubik's cube- you could also just mix it back up to show that it's "real" and hand it out no need for a switch

    I have zero experience with cube magic. I would like to see a top 5-10 of cube magic maybe from beginner to advanced. I would really enjoy that.

    I have been toying with the idea to trying cube magic, pun intended. It's a pretty appealing entry price too.

    I'm hoping i could have three mixed cubes and throw them up into a solve and a basic cascade juggling pattern. Is that doable?

    Thanks for the review David.
    Just no appeal to me, I find it too much of a gimmic and does this really have a wow factor ? Maybe on a table walk about you could quickly throw this in between other tricks ? But people who enjoy cube this looks cheap enough and hopefully fulfill a purpose.

    I just saw a review that says if your right handed there is some DIY. Also the directions need to be reversed. Is this true. I hope not cause if it is and you left it out that’s messed up. I guess I can see why you did cause I just saw your unboxing video and you probably don’t wanna the free gravy train to stop. Hope I’m wrong though.

    • @magicorthodoxy
      @magicorthodoxy  11 місяців тому

      DIY? No. Roughly 90% of humans are right-handed - so that'd be pretty messed up. The teacher is right handed = but he uses his left hand in the tutorial - which works out great - instead of having to do the "OPOSITE" of what he's doing - a right handed user just mirrors the tutorial. Super easy

    • @markkennedy5955
      @markkennedy5955 11 місяців тому +1

      @@magicorthodoxy Well thats not what Stark Reviews says. He says if you right handed to have to replace one of the center tiles and the directions are shown for lefties so if you right handed you have to mirror everything. who do i believe?

    • @magicorthodoxy
      @magicorthodoxy  11 місяців тому

      replacing the center cap is ONLY for the one handed layer by layer solve (I dont do that one) and it's only if you're a purist and think your audience will notice. He shows what it looks like if you dont change it out - I think it's fine.
