    I remember seeing this cluster f*** on the news on the day it happened. I kept watching expecting Chauvin to get up or someone to intervene. When I saw Mr George stop moving and the indignity of his bladder releasing, I knew it was too late. I sincerely hope that real justice is delivered at the end of this trial. Blessings to Mr George’s family, especially his youngest child.

      @@nala7658 As I understand it, one of the three- *Hong Thom had been with the MPD for ten years and had partnered with Chauvin before. The other shift dudes J Alexander Kueng, and .Tuo Thao
      Were brand new that day. The call about Mr George and the counterfeit $20, was their first day and Derek Chauvin was their training Officer. As Officer Hong posted to the sidewalk, his back turned to the Officers. My supposition is that Chauvin had “roughed” up a suspect before and Officer Hong was working sidewalk crowd control and prevent a passerby from interfering. Many of us would like to believe we would do the right thing if someone crossed the line. I hope we are never tested. Officers Hong and Keung were to follow direction(s) from their training Officer. I have no doubt they were conflicted regarding challenging their T.O. However as the minutes ticked out, any reasonable person would have asked T.O again to remove his knee, take a pulse, put Mr George on his side. No response from Chauvin. The officers failed to act, likely afraid their questioning would result in suspension or worse. However they had a moral obligation to keep Mr George alive. Sometimes it is better to ask forgiveness than to ask for permission.

      @In it To win it I found my dad after he had passed away from a clogged artery. He was likely dead for an hour+, but when the paramedics came they worked on him for almost an hour on the spot to see if they could get him back. They told me right as they checked him that they thought he had passed, but still tried everything they could. So checking for pulse and pupils and saying yup nothing we can do, that's not how paramedics are supposed to operate.

    • @ladyscholar3421
      @ladyscholar3421 3 роки тому +2

      @In it To win it There are field protocols. If he was obviously dead and it was called on the scene (and yes, a physician's approval is required in most cases), this would have been a crime scene and the body would be left for the coroner. The fact that the medics said they loaded him in the ambulance "to start care" means they thought there might be a chance, or they were covering up what they knew the cop did.

    • @ladyscholar3421
      @ladyscholar3421 3 роки тому

      @In it To win it "light in one's eyes" is not a medical means of determining death. You did more than "explain what they did," you made a judgment that he was dead. The evidence so far does not suggest this. And even if he was dead, the medics' actions were not in keeping with NREMT protocols and I would be hard pressed to believe the standing orders allowed their actions as a field death pronouncement. Either way, they did start CPR en route...but did nothing on scene.

The three Police officers have to be told, get off the dead man so we can leave, because of unruly crowd....THAT ONE POLICE OFFICER, CONTROLLING. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE? The first EMT, that testified was helpful, the second had an attitude with Prosecutor, till Defense questioned him...lmao then it was like okay Prosecutor not such a bad person, but that Defense Guy not nice....Even the Supervisor, of Police, Excessive force was not necessary. Isaiah 53:5, he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed. For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is. We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man, be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritans. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH. If you believe in this message, help spread it in the name of Jesus Christ so people can get saved the right way. God bless you

    Not a good day for the prosecution. Both paramedics were very "reliable" witnesses with good demeanor
    They both testified they weren't comfortable enough at the scene to start treatment. The prosecution is trying to make a point that Floyd was dead when they arrived, but the easy defense argument is that treatment was not reasonable with the crowd present

    I read somewhere that if, as shown on the videos, that Mr. Chauvin was kneeling with one knee on Mr. Floyd, and the other knee on the ground and two feet on the ground that his body weight was distributed over at least four points, also in this position Mr. Chauvin's center of mass which is generally near the middle of a person's body is over his own legs or thighs and not over Mr. Floyd. The defense might bring in a simple bathroom scale and have someone kneel on it to show the effective weight on the scale and is not his whole body weight.

    The man died under Chauvins knee you could see the saliva from his mouth from being on the ground so long and when they lift him off the ground his body was limp.

    How does this not become murder when you have handcuffs on this man is on the ground and you are still kneeling on his neck because the paramedic clearly said that he had his hands cuffed behind his back and this man was still kneeling on his neck

    How does one 'appear unresponsive' ! You either are or you aren't responsive.

    This female prosecutor is useless, she has skipped very large parts of events and has no idea what she is on about.
    She didnt ask the paramedic to state who was immediately at the scene where the patient was lying on the ground, she didn’t ask what was their postures or their position in relation to the patient on the ground, lots of other points but tbh she is just no good.

    Us will be deeply divided if chuavin get acquitted and I have no idea how are people supporting Derek chuavin without feeling any guilt

    Look at his eye bags, he has not had a normal sleep night... He is full of guilt. PS these are just comments with no mean to create any issues. His job was to save lives even if a fellow officer was in the wrong. He is trying to cover for the wrong. Point blank with all the cops that were there, there was no reason for the officer to be afraid. Hey team lets cuff him and book hom... Going home for dinner. But no he killed this man and the world knows it. This officer is a killer... Please stay calm and pray that GOD will do justice. No violence...

    It was not George who was taking drugs that day ...it was Derek chauvin who was high on drugs on that evening......this is unbelievable....what he was doing ....he should sit in jail rest of his life contemplating his actions , redemption , asking Jesus for forgiveness for his sin .....🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I still wonder why no one would tackle the cop digging his knee into this handcuffed mans neck.

      There were three police officers on top of George Floyd. I wouldn’t tackle any of them unless I planned on getting shot.

      Because other cops would be on trial for killing the person who did the tackling!

      @@kathleenjohnson1885 I wonder then why didn't any Capital Police shoot anyone when they were being tackled and hit upon with bats & sticks. I'm being cynical but law enforcement is way out of control.
