    Mark,
    Love the show; you do a nice job.
    Number one - People listening need to understand there’s science involved when receiving objections. Hence, most of us say NO when we’re offered assistance when first walking into a department store! Basically, it’s natural to first RUN/say NO! Obviously, there’s more behind this FACT that I can’t get into here but, most first objections happen for no reason at all! It’s Human.
    Number two - Who/What are we selling here? Did the prospect just have a flood and needs a service now? Did his photocopier just explode and he can’t live without a new one today? There’s a BIG difference between needing something, wanting something and a prospect not even knowing what your offering even existed before talking with you.
    Experience teaches you how to RELAX and ask as many questions as you can without annoying the prospect.
    "Mr. Prospect , if this was free would you take it now?"
    "Mr. Prospect, although I know other people are involved in making these type of fun decisions - but - would this be something you’d buy today if it were only you making the final decision?” (Granted, it’s always best to have all of the decision makers on hand).
    The best thing about being in sales is we already know what the other person is about to ask/say! Imagine, when speaking to ANYONE in life - if we always knew that! Thus, write down the 2-3 questions your prospects always ask, study them and EXPECT them to then be asked on every appointment.
    Now - wouldn’t that be nice if that was always the case with your spouse 🙄

    Sounds like you guys are just saying what you don’t like - but not giving us the guidance to actually over come the objections-
