  • Meatless Crumbles is one of those recipes that you can use to enhance many different dishes. And with only four ingredients, Meatless Crumbles are super simple to make and can quickly transform the ordinary dish into an extraordinary one.
One of my favorite things about the meatless crumbles is that they freeze unbelievably well. I like to keep plenty in my freezer, ready to add to recipes when it is needed.
Add these crumbles to lasagna, tacos, pizza, burritos and various pasta sauces. The options are limitless. We have kept the flavor of these crumbles mild so that you can customize the taste to your liking.

Thanks for another awesome recipe! My kids are 12, 7 & 3. They now want to eat vegan all the time. 😂 We just started to make homemade pasta. Do you have an idea for a vegan ravioli filling?

Love how supportive you are of your kids' choices!! :)
If you put tofu in your food processor with a little oil, salt, lemon juice and nutritional yeast you can mimic ricotta which is lovely as a pasta filling mixed with sautéed spinach and garlic!
Also at this time of the year I love roasted pumpkin or squash fillings. :)

These are my favourite fillings to make! 1. pumpkin and vegan feta 2. sundried tomato and walnuts 3. mushroom, spinach and almond ricotta :)

This is great. Super simple and easy, and
the mild flavor is useful because you add your own
flavors according to what kind of meat or dish you’re making. Thanks!

Interesting! I thought the only way to get crumbles was with TVP. Good to know it can be done with seitan too
