Why the authorities are so slow to fix something, but so quick to charge tax. You won't be able to sell your property, nobody will want to live next to this guy, unless it's another crazy just like this guy. This guy needs a phychiatrist.
The root of this is ENVY. And these sacks of "human" excrement TRAP nearby homeowners because when they try to sell their own homes (that are often full of memories and hard work), nobody will buy because of the SCUM next door!! So it's a double edged sword of YOU ARE SCREWED when you end up with this type of "neighbor".....These types are not worthy of living in a tent, or even a dog house. They are WORSE than beasts!
The problem isn’t the renters the problem is the landlords that let the renters get away with this crap because the rent is paid every month I was told it’s cheaper to pay the fines then it is to find a new renter.
Some people dont care they are disrespectful of others and your quality of life and lowers your property values i can never live like that i have a lot of pride in my home and neighborhood

I have a neighbor that has a bunch of cars that don’t work that are in his yard and cars that don’t work that are parked in front of the neighbors houses. I t has gotten so bad that the neighbors can’t even park in front of their own home’s because he has taken up all the space with all of the old cars.
This, not to mention noise shows you the difference between some renters renters who don't own their property and move into a nice neighborhood and think of no one but themselves and code enforcement could care less unless it's next-door to their home.
