I see it every day and they’re full of low-hanging fruit in terms of changes at first glance, but then you soon realise they need a complete structural overhaul. The taxonomy is all over the place and they’re bogged down with stuffy “branding” and politics. It’s so important (and cheaper) to do it right, and do it right from the beginning. Cheers, Tim.
