I honestly have not seen this type and quality of video on UA-cam. Informative, funny, engaging yet has that unexpected movie-like quality. Now this is real content.
I do as well 😉 Trend #5: Integrating a Lifetime Deal with a Usage-Based Pricing Model under the "Bring Your Own API" Approach For example, consider offering Aidbase through a lifetime deal, where you transfer the major cost factor, specifically the "Usage Limits," to the user. Customers would pay you for access to the tool itself, while the operational costs, such as those associated with API usage, would be covered by payments to OpenAI by the users.
This is very informative and mind-blowing stuff. I especially like the story aspect of the video. It got me hooked right to the end. When I grow up, I would like to be like you, Simon.
Haha thanks a lot! 😁 I'm happy this one was your first impression. Though, check out some of my other videos too, I think you'd like them as well. Welcome here 🙌
FABULOUS VIDEO! Great super-entertaining style, TOTALLY FUN TO WATCH, and so helpful info! Glad I'm subscribed already! Thank you, Simon! I imagine that the production of cost of this IS higher, right? Could you make a video about how you made SUCH A GOOD VIDEO? I hope this video goes VIRAL and sets a trend on UA-cam so that there will be fewer "talking head only video"! I had SEVERAL INSTANTLY usable ideas for what I do THANK YOU!
Man, super happy to hear this! Thanks a ton for this comment 🙌 This was exactly what I was trying to achieve - a little more than just a regular talking head.
Simon, love you and your videos. Thanks for sharing this. Besides, the cinematic quality of this video shows exactly how important is your UA-cam channels for client acquisition. Thanks for sharing this too.
This is an absolute blast, I came across your video for the suggestion of SaaS products and now I am going to launch my second saas soon. All of the things when I am not a coder neither do I know no code tools. I did all the coding with the help of Co-Pilot and ChatGPT. Much thanks and appreciation for the video 🎉
Wow, these trends are eye-opening! The idea of micro-SaaS is intriguing, solving specific problems efficiently. It's all about adapting to the market changes.
I have absolutely no idea how this video ended up playing for me, i have autoplay turned off and i fell asleep watching a different video then woke up about 1/3 of the way through this and was so engaged i had to finish it. Excellent video man!
Wow, I absolutely love this video with so much professionalism and creativity you put into it. Awesome. Thank you so much! it’s almost like watching a movie. I was laughing so much at the canvas part. If your SaaS products won’t work anymore sometime, you can still be a movie producer, director and actor 😉
This is the best video you've ever made Simon, great value given in an excellent format with excellent production! Congrats! I love the scifi, totalrecall vibes 😁
So not only is the SaaS information provided excellent, it was wrapped inside a compelling story. The production quality is next level. This is the future of successful UA-cam channels. Thanks Simon for showing us the way.
Trend #5: Integrating a Lifetime Deal with a Usage-Based Pricing Model under the "Bring Your Own API" Approach For example, consider offering Aidbase through a lifetime deal, where you transfer the major cost factor, specifically the "Usage Limits," to the user. Customers would pay you for access to the tool itself, while the operational costs, such as those associated with API usage, would be covered by payments to OpenAI by the users.
Exactly my point.... I was about to comment that but decided to scroll through the comments first to see if someone else was oscillating on the same frequency 👍
Since schools are operating on a subscription model where students pay fees periodically, schoolman can go with a flat fee that can easily be itemized on the students fees.
However, looking at schoolman itself, it simply a collection of generic tools that can be reused for other similar institutions like churches, clubs and even companies can use the following modules like people management, events and attendance tracking, bulk communication and cashflow/bookkeeping modules independently.... I can create microsaas from each module
Lifetimes deals are great if you understand that time = money. If I can get a lot of schools to go for a lifetime deal, I can get money that would take a long time to make. So I am thinking of going with a combination of a subscription model with a lifetime deal.... Pay a subscription for say 10 or 30 years and get a licence to use it forever.... This way churn rate goes down, customers do have to pay an huge upfront fees
I'm not sure about a one-size-fits-all Micro SaaS course, but I know you can find quite a few good resources on UA-cam, and I definitely have videos on the strategy/marketing part of Micro SaaS - just check out my channel 😊
Incredible video editing and production . That being said I have a gut feeling that Saas is becoming like real estate in western countries . If you’re already in the market you have the expertise , skill and cash to push through . If you’re new + don’t have distribution you won’t be able to make it . (Very low probability , playing the lottery )
Hello Simon! I have a question does it worth to run multiple saas in the same time? And is it better to build a one service saas or all in one tool in this time?
I would definitely recommend running multiple Micro SaaS. But don't launch them all at the same time. Build one, find PMF, grow it a bit, when you feel ready - repeat the process 😊
Fun video, great story telling! For Micro SaaS, I think that would work if they could be easily linked together as building blocks. The enterprises of the future could be the guilds of the past.
Hey simon i don't fully understand this white label saas business i watched a lot of videos but i really need to completely comprehend the whole idea other than the website building feature you build a small business a website and offer it to the business owner but what after that what are the other features that he could be charged for
Been thinking of starting a SaaS business focused on SEO with A.I. integration, sound like a good business to start or might be successful? Especially towards the future with A.I. and everything??

Thank you so much for this video Simon, excellent production and storytelling. I'm a lead ux/ui designer currently and looking to get into the saas market but I'm not really a front end developer or anything so the white label approach really speaks to me. So my question is, do you have any suggestions where one can begin searching for these current saas products ready for white labeling?
I'm super happy you enjoyed it! 🙌 This trend is still up and coming, so you'll have to Google a bit around. Though, I am considering making a white label / reseller program for some of my products later this year 👌 I suggest you sign up for my email newsletter if you want to receive news about this as one of the first 😊
