I too started doing bath n body magical boxes and i can barely keep up people are really diggin them but at first my boxes kinda sat around with sad faces..it took one subscriber to show her friends..im really inconsistent on my channel..def need to go the next level i just get so nervous making on camera ..a little nerve racking but practice is key! Great information Jerika! The one thing I'd advise is to invest in a photo box to take photos and don't be reliant on the time of day or bad lighting. You want to be able to work around your schedule and not the Sun's schedule! 😉
do you have suggestions for resources on video editing and tips? I have and old iphone so can't do fancy things.
Such great information thank you! Not having the resources yet to purchase a camera at the level you use, is there something else you could suggest that maybe you started out with?
Honestly, any DSLR camera is great! Check out the Canon EOS Rebel SL3. I've read really good reviews on it!

That is awesome girl! I do use my iPhone for product pictures but ppl think I have an expensive camera. I have the lights for photo lighting and I have a professional app for editing that I pay for and I can adjust everything. It’s awesome. I actually haven’t gone live yet and done an instagram story. I should, I make videos of my stuff and set it to music but I haven’t gone live yet. Should I have everything to do it. It’s just weird for me to talk to no one lol I tried and I am so picky I didn’t like the way my voice sounded. So I woke my husband up at 2am cause that’s when I was doing it and asked him why he never told me I had a terrible voice! He laughed at me and said I was weird and went back to sleep. I was devastated so I called my best friend and asked her how we have been friends for 29 years and she never told me I had a horrible speaking voice. She laughed at me and told me I was weird and actually hung up on me and that was so rude! But those are the 2 reasons why I haven’t actually done this yet. But I will work on getting over it!
the only way to get over it is to try and keep practicing! No one is a pro at first :)

I’m curious if you could answer a question. In your video where you disclosed how much you make. In the breakdown you mentioned the direct sales customers. I’m wondering if those are local event and farmers markets around your local geographic area. And what the population of your local area. Now the reason I asked this is because of what’s called the 1% rule. Which is that you can count on 1% of a given population in a given location to be your customer base. I’ve found this to be a pretty true statement from experience.
Isn't it better to make per order? Especially if u are new new. I'm just worried I make things and then i dont sell all of them
Make a very small amount. What you don't sell, either use or give away. CP Soap you have to make a month in advance in order to sell the best soap to your customer.
