Hi Amelie! First off, I want to say that you are beautiful inside and out. I have been subscribed to you for about 8 months now and you have become a huge inspiration to me. I am 14 years old and have been wanting to start my fitness journey for a while, but I am pretty busy with soccer, and don’t know how to lift weights properly. I have started running a lot more, and your tips about the food cravings were extremely helpful. You have such wise things to say, and I respect you so much for putting all of this on yt and social media and not caring at all what people think. I have been struggling with caring about other’s opinions for way too long. I honestly would love to make my own UA-cam channel just like you because it is so helpful, and gives me so much hope for my future. I appreciate how honest and geniuine you are because that helps me a lot. Whenever I see fitness influencers they always seem perfect and never show or talk about their insecurities. Great, video. I was going to take a gap year but then decided not to because I felt I was selling my self short. I had convinced myself I'd be doing a lot and traveling but then I thought as oppose to what? I'll never travel ever again? I ended up changing my pov and worked hard to travel while I was in University and had so many cool experiences and continue to travel since I graduated. I didn't lose that school momentum and just embraced a new chapter in my life and removing the sense of "I need a break" from education. I didn't want a break from further growth. It's definitely an individual choice whoever is reading this. Good luck to ya'll who are graduating. I wish you all success and great experiences and surround yourself with amazing people.

You should give it a try to menstrual cup! It’s the best option compare to tampons, it’s a lifesaver. Get informed & if ure open to do it, go girl!!

I have been in situations where I don’t think about a guy in any way, shape, or form. Then I’ll have a conversation with him one day. I’ll tell my friend about the conversation and they’ll tell me that he was totally flirting with me. I’ll give it like 2 days for that the sink in. Eventually, I’ll question whether I like him or not. Next thing you know I’ll be head over heels for a guy only because I think he likes me.

I’m thinking about getting an IUD. Do you have the copper or hormonal IUD? Was the insertion painful?
i have a hormonal one!! i had a very positive experience with it and it barely hurt! (that being said some of my friends had more painful experiences). i think it replicates the severity of your period symptoms (bad period pain = more IUD pain)
