My favorite part of this story? When Jennica was reliving holding her beautiful baby daughter, and Annica, without hesitation, laid her head in her mother's arms, closed her eyes, and Jennica stroked her daughter's face and hair as if she had just been born. That was a beautiful moment!❤

This video is hilarious. I’m sure back then you never imagined a day where you’ll be sitting there with your daughter explaining everything. My mom got pregnant with me at 16, she’s never told me the whole story. I’m now 30 years old and currently pregnant with my first. I might put her on the spot tonight 😂😂.

We laughed and cried, lots of laughs. I’m glad I watched this video. I also gave birth 6 days ago, now bonding with my baby!! 🥰🥰🥰

Cinders Embers my mom had a period when she was pregnant with me mostly because my moms uterus was split in half and the other half that i wasn’t in, she was having a period. I was a micro preemie, and i was a VERY high risk baby. I was three months early, and I’m VERY grateful to be alive right now!!!! It definitely was a VERY scary time for my mother. And yes, my mom had a hysterectomy after she had me.

I don’t know you, and this is my first video I’ve watched of yours but I just want to say that I am so proud of you for stepping up and being a mom! I can’t imagine how hard it was being a kid yourself but these photos you added shows how you took on the roll and rocked it. And happy your parents were supportive. Not an ideal situation but they couldn’t change it.
There is absolutely nothing to be proud of when you are pregnant at 13 and I guarantee you that she did not raise her daughter, how could she at 14!

YT algo just sent me here. I am not sure why since I am a 51 year old grandma. However, I decided to give the video a two minute chance and I was hooked in a minute. This sharing of such an intimate story with the daughter who needed to hear it the most was/is a very special event and I am happy you had it memorialized for you two as life continues. Can you imagine your future grandchildren watching this video and learning about how their mom came into the world?

I got pregnant n married at 15 yrs old back in 1988, when it wasn’t common like it it nowadays. Had my daughter at 16, it was super rough getting an apartment at 16… working n going to school while taking care of a baby😜 my hubby n I have been happily married now for 32 yrs, roller coaster over the yrs but wouldn’t change any of it!

She was pretty hateful when my sister got pregnant at the end of her senior year, my sister gave that baby up for adoption and I have a feeling that was a big reason why.

It just goes to show that a child can be a blessing no matter the circumstances. It’s all about the parents’ attitudes and the support they receive from loved ones.
I gave birth to twins at 18 and unmarried. They are the best thing that ever happened to me. Their father and I have been married for almost 23 years now.
The only thing I would change if I could would be to go back and prevent the death of one of my beautiful boys 10 years ago when he was 18.

Im also really just independent and have been making my own dinner and breakfast since middle school. Cause she doesn’t get home till late. Yah but it’s like we have nothing in common and are just 2 strangers living in the same house lol.

I was married at 19, and now have 6 kids at 29, having kids matures you real quick! I love the part where you were picking her goo off right away (such mommy feels!!) she’ll never know what that’s like until she experiences it... hopefully later in life 😂

Jennica you are definitely an awesome mom! Yes having an amazing mom is a true blessing and a much needed teacher when growing up especially when you’re wanting to be the best mom you can be, but it isn’t required. Watching you have and raise Annica was super special, it was like watching twin versions of yourself at birth and as teens. You do look so much alike and you obviously love each other deeply, even if one of you doesn’t want to admit to it or not. You couldn’t be more beautiful and funnier if you tried and all though Annica was a huge surprise, I honestly don’t think that there’s a single thing you’d go back and change about being pregnant and having the flesh of your flesh, your beautiful beloved daughter, Annica.✨💖💞💝✨

I am 26 now & I was a teen Mom (18yrs). I can't even imagine how isolated you felt at 13/14 because I know I was completely alone when I had my son. I found out in the hospital because I had stomach pains I was 20 weeks pregnant and I couldn't believe it. I’m in nursing school and our professor told us that if you convince yourself you’re not pregnant, your body won’t show it same thing as if you convince yourself you’re pregnant, your body can look like you’re pregnant. The mind is very powerful

I got pregnant at 17 became a mom at 18, still a period the whole time. Never showed, no cravings, no symptoms. Didn't know infact till I went into labor. Still graduated top 15% of my class.

Unless it's a very rare case such as having two uteri (as another commenter mentioned!) or some other rarity, it is not actually possible to still be having a "period" while pregnant. When you have your period, your uterus is shedding its bloody tissue lining (filled with nutrients meant for a growing baby) because you did not conceive during ovulation (typically 2 weeks prior to the start of your period). If you DID conceive, however, your body would not shed this lining. If your body did shed this lining by accident even after conception, you would have a very early miscarriage and never even know you were pregnant. However, what these girls are referring to is a different phenomenon: It IS possible for the expectant mother to still have spotting and bleeding throughout the pregnancy, which often seems to be period blood (but isn't). This can be very confusing for women who believe that because they are still bleeding, they cannot be pregnant. If you know that you are pregnant and still bleeding though, it is important to see a doctor because there are many serious reasons for bleeding during pregnancy. @Amy Rich Were not “normalizing” teen pregnancy... we’re only telling our stories to show how hard it is and how you can overcome it at a young age! I got pregnant at 14, had my baby at 15, and now I’m 16. I can provide for her just fine since I make almost $22 an hour!

I found out I was pregnant at 15, a week before my 16th. It was definitely challenging. Today, I am 44 and my daughter is 27, pregnant with my First Grandbaby. God has completely restored all things.
