- 2024 is in less than 2 months!! that's insane. 2024 is a big year for lots of us. a new year holds UNLIMITED possibilities. graduations, new jobs, new loves, new homes... what ever it may be, make sure that you're in the right head space to support these new opportunities and changes. you are in control of your year. anything you're not changing, you're choosing. so take control of 2024, and head into the new year with the right mindset and with the right routines to support this new era of you!! you can either wake up january 1st and have it be day one, or already be 2 months into chasing after your goals. don't wait til new years to start your fitness/wellness journey. START NOW!! your future self will thank you!! right now, and in 2024, were all "that girl".

ur vlogs inspire me so much, i just started working out recently and found myself similar to the position you were in when you said you started, im 14 aswell and feel insecure, im not an innactive person and do competitive swim but still feel bad about my body and how i eat junkfood all the time. I have a conundrum. See, I was invited on a couples hike with my husband's friend, only I'm not a fan of his gf. Like at all. She's the worst. So, the hike is beneficial for me, but the company is not. I would hate missing out on the nature time and moving, but I'd be so happy and content at home as well. Thoughts anyone? Is it selfish of me to miss out on this? Should I push myself for my husband? Help!
