The S23+ has a better battery life than the S22U. Yes the S22U has 5000MA and the S23+ 4700MA, but battery life isn't just about the size of the battery... It's also affected by others factors like the chipset, which is way better in the S23+ with the SnapDragon Gen 2 and other stuff. So the battery life and performances of the S23+ are better than the S22U.
I have S22 ultra but am seriously thinking about purchasing the S23 plus. The Ultra is just not comfortable design. I also don't like the curved edges. I'm still thinking about it since it's a lot of money to spend. I spent over 2k on the S22 Ultra and I don't wanna feel like I wasted it 😩
I use normal s22 its ok n compact. But think to upgrade for s22ultra s23normal or iphone14. Clear sharp camera will win 🙂 never have iphone but im suprised when i see photos of frends who has, somehow simple,clear,sharp..

Yes.. and it has better new camera quality then s22ultra.. -just not in zoom. Other Better colors, sharpnes, portrait, selfie-even if the numbers are 40mpx for 22ultra selfie.
Last year flagship is always better than a current entry level flagship. But this year things are different last year I was like for sure get the s21 ultra over the s22+ but this year gaming and battery are good enough reason to get the s23+ though I say save up or wait a month or 2 and get the s23 ultra. For the past few years the plus phones have been a rip of it costs $999 which is the price of competitive smartphones and samsung while it may sound like the s23+ is a competition it isn't they are dumbing it down way to much, u don't get the biggest battery size, u don't get as good of the camera, the display isn't as good and doesn't offer the spen and many other dumb downs made. For the price the s23+ costs it should be the s23 ultra minus the spen support or any sort of spen support with rounded corners and making the s23 ultra $1099
Very true, the price of samsung S23+ is flagship price but the phone is not a flagship. Samsung just want to stay in the competition hence has hiked the price.
@Samira Mandal The s23+ is an entry-level phone but just bigger and has a very incremental difference which is why Samsung is getting rid of the s24+ next year because they realized no one is buying it. I've been saying that since they started the ultra that plus is garbage and now that they made the s ultra note while I love the note others just want the top-of-the-line s, in my book the perfect s23+ would be the s23 ultra minus spen minus the rectangular design and lower the price of the s23 ultra to $1099.
@@Shan_Shah the S23+ does have it's own niche though. As last year, S22 base model was a terrible phone because of the low battery and having no room to cool the already power hungry and heat producing Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. This drastically reduced the battery life and the gaming performance. However, the S22+ is absolutely another phone altogether, and is much better at battery life and sustained performance, because of that extra battery size and the room for heat dissipation. IMO it's a very good point between the Ultra and the base. In fact, both S23+ and S22+ have better battery life than their respective ultra models. Yes, the cameras should get an upgrade from the base too, to make the price justifiable.
@mihirojha4475 The reason why the plus models have better battery life than ultra is because. 1. Bluetooth spen always charging , and that makes the space. Instead, the phone is a bit cramped, not having as much room to breathe 2. Larger camera sensors taking up room 3. Better bluetooth features 4. Better wifi speeds These extra drain the battery of ultra bit faster, and Samsung has been cheaping out, giving us the same 5000mAh battery for now. s24, being the 5ᵗʰ gen rumored to have a 5000mAh battery, knowing the ultra needs a bigger battery, they need to stop cheaping out with the same battery size giving the plus 5000mAh and the ultra 5500-6000mAh battery and either make the plus a $799 or either kill the plus and turn it into ultra minus the spen and boxy design and lower the ultra to $1099 unless they give it a 6000mAh battery that would define $1199 price tag, also give it it's own character it looks similar to the note 10+ from 2019, like give it a dual screen display
@@Shan_Shah are you kidding? The Ultra is already maxed out from within, there really isn't a lot of space in there for an even bigger battery. If they or Qualcomm continues to make great, power efficient SoCs then this will never be a problem. You honestly don't need a bigger battery here as it will make the Ultra a lot heavier and even larger, something a lot of users are already complaining about. And the WiFi and Bluetooth don't drain the battery out nearly as much as the QHD+ display on the Ultra, that is quite a bit better than the S23+'s FHD+ display. That's the main reason for the power drain and of course, the S Pen too. IMO the Plus is a good middle ground between the base and the Ultra, and many people will actually prefer a slightly larger S23 rather than the Ultra simply for the form factor.
S22ultra or s23plus which is best to buy in 2023? Im very much concerned about heating issue and battery drain that can affect longevity of s22ultra.please suggest
Get the s22 Ultra if you don’t care about the size and weight of the phone and if you want a smartphone with all top specs and features While the s23 plus is a much comfortable phone with the most recent processor but doesn’t have top features like the s22 Ultra.
@@sardartript-zc8gxthe processor on the S23 series is much better than S22 though, and it absolutely does have the biggest impact. IMO if you have the budget, then the S23 series is the way to go, besides the battery life is almost over 1.30 hours more on the S23 phones compared to the S22 ones.

I ended up getting the S23+ and I love it way more. So much more comfortable to hold and still a decent sized screen.
@fuckdoicare the curved screens are so irritating, especially with screen protectors. the s23+ is much more comfortable in my hands and pocket too.

Hey, I have the same question. My s22 Ultra for the s23+... you changed?
Apparently, the base S23 has a 425 PPI which shocks me since I'd think the Plus model would have more PPI.
Screen size is a determining factor.
Would be dope if the plus was 1440p
