    You can eat all the vitamins, but reason as to WHY your body is NOT absorbing vitamins from your tablet/ foods is BECAUSE you STRESS allot.

      Stress is also a reason for increased stomach acidity and damaged intrinsic factor

    Very rich vegan source of B12 is also chlorella pyrenoidosa.

    All fermented foods have B12 and to absorb B12 or other, stomach should be acidic

      Not really. The amount is very insignificant in Ghee
