After all these years, still one of my all time favorite songs. Thanks UA-cam for recommending me this to me again. Getting emotional thinking of the memories.
I remember when everyone in their teens listened to this stuff and others like Blink or Offspring. Now we can't listen to the shit that airs on the radio. No matter what they do with their autotunes and sampled guitars they just can't carry the pure energy.
Same. I can't really listen to any pop or rap. Or even dubstep, disco, electronic, etc. None of that does anything for me. Rock and Roll, Punk, and Metal are for me.
Nothing happened to Sum 41 or The Offsprings. they are still putting out music and people are still listening to it. And Blink-182 never went "out of style" tragedy struck. Honestly, there is plenty of good stuff out there. You're problem is that they don't make commercial about it and track you down to tell you about it. We live in an age where you are perfectly capable of finding what you want to hear if you actually look. I've been a fan of Sum 41 for, no more than five years. I heard "Fat Lip" in a video, looked it up, liked it. Listened to more by the band, liked it. Now I'm a fan. Same story got me to Three Days Grace. To SUMO CYCO. To Breaking Benjamin. To Fallout Boy. To Hollywood Undead. To Icon For Hire. To Shinedown. To Pillar. To Foo Fighters. About every fucking song I own, I know about it because I tracked it down. Because I'm not some lazy dumbass that expects life to cater to me and give me what I want!
i haven't words to explain this song, really :D ... i can say only WOW ! lyrics , melody, rhythm ... everything is PERFECT !!!! clearly the best bend !
I instantly go on a nostalgia trip about World of Warcraft whenever I listen to Sum 41 or the Offspring. I just can't help it. Even though I barely spoke English 10 years ago, my mind just drifts to the good old times when I listen to this gold in music form.
This song isn't just a song. I have an emotional connection with this song. This was the very song that turned me from a huuuuge chav, into somebody who loves awesome music :)
This is the band through which I started to listen to music seriously when I was a kid, all thanks to AMV Bleach. Now I've remembered about them when I'm grown-up and damn, they sound just as good as they used to be.
I wasn't a Sum 41 fan as a kid but I used to spend entirely too much time on Newgrounds and this song was the soundtrack to one of my favorite videos. I never knew the name until like last week.
It's good to know that no matter how mighty we be, we are not God. We are Men, and Men have done good and evil. If we were Gods, we would know good and nothing but good. I've met our makers, they don't even know you're name. Be wise and find the God who died for you, not the god of yourself, and than he will know your name.
Remember when sum41 were the kings of punk? Today's punk can't even compete with this and these guys didn't stop even so short as a decade ago. It's sad how fast things change.

+Jacob Salsibury can't compare different styles, old blink was kind pop punk, with funny lyrics, sum 41 is more hardcore punk with another kind of message
+Luís Fernando R.P de Almeida Your point is well taken, but Sum 41 is undisputedly pop punk. When I think hardcore I think of bands like Youth of Today, Trapped Under Ice, Chain of Strength, etc. There is nothing wrong with being a pop punk band. Sum 41 just had a more aggressive sound than Blink.
Because of Woox, I imagine. His videos are pretty popular with the RS community to the point where Jagex has acknowledged them. He makes a lot of PvM videos, and he used this song in his only PvP video.
No need to swear at those 27 people.....Maybe someone that likes that song told them listen itttttttt and they didn't liked it, its alright in the end the thump up/down option is to show your opinion for the song.. ofcourse i gona thump up. Great song captain123678!

I've decided this is my favorite song of all time.
